Placed this order on 12 th December through food panda and received the product which was about to expire in 3 months which mean the stock was more then 2 years old tried to lodge the complaint on foodpanda but you guys have agreed to do the refunds and exchanges by yourself so foodpanda told me to contact you guys directly - visited your branch on 13 December and the person who attended me Zain and he said sir nahi hai please give me 2-3 days I’ll arrange the same flavour for you return is not possible and blah blah…. Today on 27 th December after 13 days visited the branch again that what happened with my exchange and the reply I got is we dont have the product you want so please get something else if you like or dont but thats the most we can do I dont want anything else if you want to do the exchange give me the product I want but nooo they dont wanna refund dont want to loose the money Then zain made a call to Manage Usman and he said that there is something inventory thing from foodpanda Whatever yours and foodpanda thing is I dont care and the best part us your manager says mujhy yeh jaib say dene par jayengay !!! Havent seen such a pathetic service ever in my lifeeeeee I havent even collected the product or any exchange and honestly dont even want it !!! Why should i get something which is about to expire or just a random product
