recently visited “Trauma Center & AO Orthopaedic Hospital in Shyamoli” for treatment, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Medical Expertise: The doctors here are highly skilled, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to diagnose my condition thoroughly and explained the treatment plan clearly. The orthopedic specialists are truly knowledgeable, and I felt confident in their care. Facility & Hygiene: The hospital is well-equipped with modern medical technology and maintains excellent hygiene standards. The wards, operation theaters, and waiting areas are clean and well-organized, creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Staff & Service: From the reception to the nursing staff, everyone was polite, efficient, and attentive. The administrative process was smooth, and I didn’t face unnecessary delays. Emergency & Trauma Care: Their trauma response is prompt and well-coordinated, which is crucial for emergency cases. I witnessed their team handling critical patients with great professionalism.

I strongly advise against using this hospital. The billing practices are exorbitant, with charges applied for unnecessary items and zero transparency or justification provided when questioned. For the amount they charge, a patient could easily receive care at a top-tier facility. Furthermore, the duty doctors seemed inadequately trained and incapable of handling emergency situations effectively, which left me questioning their credentials. Save your money and go to a more reputable, top-tier hospital for proper medical service.

Extremely unprofessional behavior from the officers. They clearly lack basic communication skills and do not know how to speak respectfully with patients or their families. Despite paying significant fees, the attitude of the staff makes it feel as though they are doing you a favor rather than providing a service you are paying for. If you have other options available, I would strongly recommend considering them before choosing this trauma center.

The Hospital is neat & clean. Treatments are pretty good but the overall cost is little bit higher then the others. When you or your family member had accident everyone concern he/her condition not the money, Treatment quality & Caring quality is better then any other private hospitals. I think it one of the orthopedic hospital in dhaka, considering the cost.

আমার ছোট বোনের পায়ের ছোট আঙ্গুলটা মচকে গেছে যেটাকে ইংলিশে বলে মাইক্রোফ্যাকচার এই একটা কাজের জন্য তারা প্রায় 2000 টাকার উপরে চার্জ করল। ডাক্তারের ভিজিট ৳600 এক্সরে করাতে ৳500 এবং পায়ের আঙ্গুলে স্ট্রাপিং নামক ব্যান্ডেজ করাতে তারা চার্জ করল ৳1000। যেটা কোনভাবেই অ্যাপ্রিশিয়েট করার মতন না। মাত্র 3 টুকরা তুলা এবং কসটিপ দিয়ে কোন মতন বেঁধে দিল। এটা নাকি 1000 টাকার ট্রিটমেন্ট। তাহলে চিন্তা করেন পায়ের আঙ্গুল ভেঙে গেলে আরো কত টাকা যেত। জাস্ট আফসোস করতেছি এই ব্যান্ডেজ আমি বাসায় করতে পারতাম। শুধু শুধু এনাদের হাসপাতালে গেলাম

This hospital is primarily an orthopedic hospital. It only treats trauma patients with care and also treats other patients such As there are chest specialists, neurologists, urologists, and emergency doctors, and they provide regular treatment. The quality of treatment here is very good, especially for orthopedic patients.Although the cost of treatment here is a bit high, the treatment is good, as patients say. Many VIPs of the country come here for treatment.

We went here in 2022 for younger brother's club foot treatment. We were scammed.

Established over 18 years ago, the hospital specializes in orthopedic surgeries, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, general surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) surgeries, and provides comprehensive care for polytrauma and road accident victims.

Absolutely not worth it. I tried calling them multiple times, but no one answered. When I went in person, I saw the phones being ignored. The receptionist was rude, made excuses, and handed me a card to call for info—despite their hotline being useless. They only take serials in the morning, and no one could even tell me the ambulance costs. The staff is unhelpful, disorganized, and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs.

Yesterday i did surgery this hospital under dr SMA Erfan sir. One of the best doctor and One of the best nurse i had ever seen.Nurse I didn,t know her name but she was from kachua, Chand pur. Also word boy all of them was very friendly. May Allah help you all those helped me yesterday before, during and after my surgery.

Small but a Good hospital. Stuffs are well mannered. Doctors are caring But they must have a full time classified Rheumatologist and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in their team.

Another huge example of mismanagement. I spoke to a reporter who is monitoring the hospital to gather information. This hospital is walking in the opposite direction of the term "hospital service institution". From ward rent to operation charges are charged very extra. Along with operation charges many additional charges are included. But when it comes to the service, it is completely useless. Nurses and wardboys behave very badly. Sick people are forced to seek treatment here.

One of the best private orthopedic hospitals in Bangladesh. But very expensive. So I suggest the poor and middle class people to get orthopedic related services from government orthopedic hospital NITOR.
