I recently stayed at the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were excellent. I would especially like to thank the reception team, Mr. Chand and Mr. Jamshid, for their warm welcome, professionalism, and assistance throughout my stay. Their courteous attitude made the check-in and check-out process smooth and comfortable. I would also like to appreciate the dining staff, particularly Mr. Faiz, for his outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that all guests were well taken care of. Special thanks as well to Mr. Ahemad for his excellent support and dedication. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team. I look forward to visiting again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Amber. The recent renovation has really enhanced the overall ambiance and rooms, making the property feel fresh and modern. The staff was courteous, service was smooth, and the stay was pleasant throughout. A great option for anyone looking for comfort and value.

It is beneficial for those who needs to stay overnight and go the Airport. Else if you try to evaluate on the basis of features this average hotel. Room Location is Good, No food available, breakfast options are also very limited there is no choice. For bathrooms flooring get slippery they need to wash it properly. There Maple room are actually oak rooms.

I stayed there for 4/5 days. It was average!! Buffet is terrible. They dont have options nd even they dont have any desert in any of the course. Cant believe. I asked for dessert nd they literally told me “curd hai na” !! Lol is curd a desert!! Rooms are also average. But lots and lots of mosquito. Washroom was little stinking.

Apart from breakfast buffet, nothing is worth spending time in this hotel. The rooms are small and washrooms are usually clogged. Cleanliness is also an issue here, you will find cockroaches in the room, so make sure to ask room service to clean thoroughly.

I stayed for a week in the hotel twice. The location is quite good as it is close to metro station, airport and bus stand. Yes, a few rooms are small but the rest are spacious,comfortable, clean and breathable as shown in photos .The washroom was clean and hygenic. Talking about food, they have options and taste was great. I like the food very much. The staff was very supportive and co-operative. They try to help in every possible way. From manager to the housekeeping team, everyone was very courteous towards the needs. A special thanks to JAMSHI sir for his assistance. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Regards Shruti Singh

Locational advantages.. Airport Mumbai T2 few minutes distance Room and Room service.. Comfortable and clean. Staff coperative and cordial We forgot our one instrument we just enquired if there. Manager not only searched but collected and couriered to our home.Really great experience.!!

Very sweet and helpful staff. Room was cleaned diligently. Location is close to the airport. Breakfast was basic, in line with the room rental.

Cleanliness is way off. Rooms are too small. Can't even freely walk in the room. I wouldn't stay there ever again.

Treebo Hotel Amber International, is a very good Hotel near Mumbai Airport. Real value for money. Rooms are near and clean. Cleanliness is maintained. Though some rooms may be small, but depends on occupancy. Staff is excellent. Particularly Mr Jamshed and Mr. Shetty at reception are very warm hearted and helping persons. Breakfast has 3 to 4 items, and is delicious all days. Seems cook is very good. We had a wonderful stay of 7 days recently with family. They made all efforts to make our stay comfortable and helped us out to sort out things.

Stayed here for over two weeks and it truly felt like home. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and all facilities were well-maintained. Special thanks to Pooja, Sudhakar, and Jamsheer for being extremely helpful and making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is a terrible hotel in an old building ( pictures are a mis representation). This hotel has been taken over by treebo. After booking from Treebo when I made payment at the QR code given at the hotel counter they refused to give me the invoice and said it will be provided by treebo. Treebo obviously did not have the invoice coz i paid at the property. Overall the staff is a cheat and will not leave any opportunity to cheat and extort you. I would have rated it negative if google would have let me. In case you've had a streak of good luck and blessings in your life I'd recommend this hotel to jinx it.

Depends on your travel plans. If you want to visit South Mumbai, then not convenient, but for other destinations near airport and suburbs very centrally located for that.

Jako rodzina z dwójką dziećmi dostaliśmy 2 tragiczne pokoje. Jeden z grzybem. Komarami i ogólnym syfem. Drugi jakiś mikro mały. Obsługa doskonale wiedziała że daje najgorsze pokoje, ale postawili nas pod ścianą bo meldowalismy się poznym wieczorem. Po ogólnej awanturze zmienili następnego dnia na pokoje akceptowalne - ale nie powinno być sytuacji z pierwszej nocy. Śniadanie słabe. Ogólnie bardzo głośno. Ściany z papieru. Lepiej dorzucić trochę kasy do czegoś o lepszym standardzie. NIE POLECAM!!!
