Tresor Apple Authorised Service Centre, Worldmark Gurgaon

Had a great experience at Tresor Apple Authorised Service Centre for a display issue on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The overall case handling was smooth, transparent, and very well managed from start to finish. A special mention to Kajal and Smriti for their exceptional support as they handled the case with utmost care, patiently explained the process, and ensured timely updates throughout. Their professionalism and customer-first approach really stood out. Highly recommend Tresor for anyone looking for reliable and stress-free Apple service.

Had a good experience getting the battery replaced. They were proactive in communication. The only issue I would have is - like most Apple Service Centers, they are also not open on Sundays. Which means you have to take time off a workday to visit.

Great experience at this Apple Service Center. Their staff specially Smriti is very polite, quick, and very helpful..She helped me and got my issue resolved without any hassle. Really appreciate her support.

My laptop trackpad had an issue - and Smriti at the Tresor Centre at Worldmark- heard the problem patiently and suggested all the protocols and advised the best option - the trackpad got fixed and I am very satisfied with the service.

Gave me instant solution, polite best one till now i have visited in Entire Gurgaon.

These guys are just cluless piece of people who have been made to sit and face the customers. Despite having told them repeatedly about a problem which I had faced during the warranty period of a product they sent wrong replacement. It took 17 days for them to replace my Airpods Pro, they were never tired of lame excuses. As an apple customer for being so long. This kind of service centre needs a major overhaul.

Hlo everyone I’m here to let you know my service experience as yesterday on 6th Nov2025 , I visited the store And I had a worst experience at Store ,As per them their closing time is 6pm and I entered 5:49pm after travelling 60 km from my home town coz this was the only nearest Apple service center showing on google . I visited them to submit my 20W adapter for the replacement as it was not working, No greet nothing even though their first words were Sir Ab nhi Ho payega kl aana I also told them that I came after travelling 60 Km . One should be empathetic if someone is on time and eventually I requested them thrice but they directly said No Being a loyal customer of Apple we look for better services.
