Had a wonderful stay at Trident Udaipur. The property is beautifully maintained and the warm welcome made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the breakfast had a very good spread with sufficient variety and quality. What stood out the most was the excellent hospitality of the staff — everyone was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The landscaping across the property is absolutely stunning, and the pathway towards The Oberoi is simply mind-blowing, adding so much charm and serenity to the experience. Overall, a memorable stay with great hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely love to visit again.

My stay at Trident Hotel Udaipur was truly exceptional. The property is beautifully located with breathtaking views and a peaceful ambiance. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The food was delicious with a great variety. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and warmth—an experience worth every moment. Highly recommended!

We had wonderful stay at Trident Udaipur. As such everything was great but Two categories surpassed everything. 1. Staff courtesy and attentiveness to fulfill our needs. 2. Quality of food. Every thing was so fresh and tasty. From front desk people (Anurag & Pallavi) to staff in restaurant (Kajal Saloni Harsh Pankaj Pardeep) each and every one was professional yet kind and caring. Keep up the good work. Trident has its own sunset point and evening dance show. Beautiful jetty. Highly recommended.

A truly memorable stay – warmth that made all the difference We stayed here for three days, and as you can see in any picture, the property itself is absolutely stunning. But what truly made this trip so special and memorable was the warmth and kindness of the people. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team made us feel genuinely welcome. The bell desk staff, who helped with our luggage, were courteous, attentive, and always smiling. Even the lifeguards and pool staff stood out with how caring, alert, and friendly they were — something you don’t always notice unless it’s exceptional. Every interaction felt sincere. Not forced hospitality, but real care. Small gestures, kind words, remembering faces — it all added up and made us feel looked after, not just checked in. It’s easy to build a beautiful property. What’s rare is building a team that makes guests feel valued — and this place truly does that. Thank you to the entire staff for making our Udaipur stay so warm, comfortable, and unforgettable. We’ll always remember this experience and would happily return.

Excelente hotel. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, sin esperar propina, ya que es política del hotel y se nota un verdadero trabajo en equipo para que el huésped se sienta bien atendido. Nos gustaría dar una mención especial a LOVE, de housekeeping, por su dedicación, calidez y atención al detalle. Su trabajo marcó una diferencia real en nuestra estadía. Somos colombianos y encontramos pocas opciones de comida occidental; aun así, el equipo del restaurante siempre hizo el mayor esfuerzo por adaptarse a nuestros gustos, con mucha disposición y amabilidad. Agradecemos especialmente su comprensión y apoyo constante. La habitación contaba con dos baños, algo que se agradece incluso siendo solo una pareja, especialmente cuando se tiene poco tiempo para organizarse antes de salir a conocer la ciudad. El hotel tiene jardines hermosos, con pavos reales visibles desde la ventana, y está ubicado cerca de un lago que permite disfrutar de vistas muy agradables y un ambiente tranquilo.

We had a chance to stay here for 2 nights. Experience from checkin to checkout with all facilities briefing was done perfectly.. We stayed in garden view room and the view was amazing. We could spot lot of peacocks and squirrel. My 3 yr old enjoyed her time in kids club and swimming pool. They even keep fruits in room and refill it as requested. All kids food from milk to dal kichidi was served hot with no extra cost

We had an excellent stay at the Trident Udaipur. Almost everything about the experience was top-notch, though there is one area for improvement regarding their transport services. Hospitality & Welcome: We received a very warm welcome; the staff is professional and made us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. Dining & Grounds: The food was delicious, and the hotel grounds are stunning and beautifully maintained. The Stay: Overall, a wonderful atmosphere and a very comfortable experience. Note on Taxi Service: The only downside was the hotel’s taxi service. The rates are significantly higher than the standard going rate—roughly 30% to 50% above what is typically required, which felt unnecessary. Aside from the overpriced transport, it was a fantastic visit and we loved our time there.

One of the best experiences I have got. The property is lavish. Initially I experienced some delays in service but later on they did a fab job with their hospitality in every department. I would like to thank Anurag & Shantanu from the reception area, Mehul, Khushboo, Nancy & all the girls from Restaurant area, Sushant Priyadarshi from Housekeeping. They kept asking if I need anything. They decorated my room on my birthday with a cake. You can enjoy sunset, peacocks, nature, flowers and more. I believe they went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. I don't recall names of some boys from housekeeping and restaurant area. You all are fab. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience luxury in Udaipur. The best food I had in Udaipur was the Biryani in Trident.

Had a good enjoyable experience stay at Trident Udaipur. The hotel's gardens are beautifully maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The kids section is fantastic - good choice for families. One thing to watch out for is the peacocks roaming around the premises! The food here is good, personally liked the Indian dry fruit halwa - a must-try! However, I encountered a minor issue with booking through OTA aggregators, where child food prices weren't added to the online payment. Thankfully, the hotel staff were generous enough to not charge anything extra. Overall, it offers a wonderful blend of comfort, good food, and scenic surroundings.

Wonderful environment, great food and top class hospitality. Great place to relax, rejuvenate and recharge. We booked for one night but then extended our stay. In the midst of nature and surrounded by a variety of flora and fauna, the compound is home to a variety of birds, giving the apt music at this wonderful stage.

What elevated the experience even further was the team’s eye for detail—small, thoughtful gestures that didn’t go unnoticed and made us feel genuinely cared for. She was always there enquiring about our comfort and engaging with us and other guests • Chanyo, Arpit, and Kajal for their attentive and warm service at the restaurant • Chef Pramod for curating delightful culinary experience and his recommendations for the Risotto & Inhouse made Paan Ice Cream stole the show • I cant miss out the Halwai Chef who has the perfect hand in making the Halwa’s and traditional India Sweets. One of the most consistent and best Halwas i have had in a while( Kali Gajjar, Moong Dal, Besan, Aata to name the few that we tried) • Shayak, Duty Manager, for ensuring everything ran seamlessly Their collective effort reflects the true spirit of hospitality at its Indian Best. We visited Trident recently for drinks and dinner and it was truely wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the overall ambience made it even more enjoyble. A special mention to Arpit, as he served us with a constant smile and with such a positive attitude. It genuinely made the experience more pleasant and welcoming, really appriciate it.

It’s extremely difficult to criticise this hotel- simply wonderful. The amount of thought and effort put into enhancing guests’ stay is truly remarkable. Together with the sumptuous facility it’s a superb experience. Only suggestion is that they provide a separate swimming pool for younger more boisterous guests which would enhance peace, comfort and safety.

A very special appreciation to the F&B team, who made our dining experience exceptional. In particular, Hrithik and Mehul were outstanding – attentive, courteous, and always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after at every meal. A big shout-out to Ms. Vaishali at the Kids Club, who was absolutely amazing with the children. Our stay at Trident Udaipur was absolutely wonderful! The property is stunning — beautifully maintained with lush green gardens where peacocks wander freely, and lovely views of the Aravalli Hills and Lake Pichola. The location is perfect too, just about 10 minutes from Ambrai Ghat and other key attractions. What truly stood out, though, was the service. We genuinely experienced the hallmark “Oberoi hospitality” that the brand is known for. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable, even decorating our room to celebrate our kiddo’s birthday — such a thoughtful touch! The restaurant and food were top-notch, both in quality and variety. A special mention to Jyoti at the front desk and Kajal from the restaurant for their warmth and exceptional service. Overall, Trident Udaipur is a perfect mix of elegance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality — can’t wait to return!

The place is really beautiful and the staff is polite, but the overall experience was disappointing. The food did not meet expectations at all (its ok-ok types). More importantly, while ordering from the kids’ menu, we were clearly told it was complimentary. However, out of 3 separate orders placed at different times, 2 were still charged. When we questioned this, instead of a proper explanation or resolution, excuses were made. This is very unprofessional and misleading for a brand of this level. Because of this experience, we will definitely not be visiting again to this chain (brand).

We stayed at Trident Udaipur for one night during Diwali, celebrating my birthday with my mom. While the housekeeping team did a lovely job decorating our room (a sweet gesture that truly made me smile), overall our experience felt below expectations for a five-star hotel, The hotel seemed completely sold out, and the staff appeared stretched thin. I understand it was a busy festive period, but that's something a hotel of this level should be prepared for, We had booked an Aravalli view room, but were told we were "upgraded" to a pool-side one. Unfortunately, it didn't feel like an upgrade at all, the room was quite small and congested, and we couldn't keep the drapes open since the pool area was right outside. There was also constant noise from outside and adjoining rooms, which made it hard to relax The best part of our stay was the dinner buffet at the Aravalli restaurant. The food was excellent, especially the live bread counter run by a lovely lady who served the freshest Indian breads with genuine warmth. The folk performances in the evening were a nice touch too, and the F&B team (Suraj and his team attending our table) in general seemed far more attentive and pleasant. However, the front desk coordination could use Improvement. We had booked a cab to Nathdwara. a day in advance and even reconfirmed it, yet when we went down early morning, the driver team had no information about our booking. Thankfully, our driver, Zabbar, was very kind and professional once things were sorted. He also gave us great recommendations for local breakfast and lunch spots. One more disappointment-our darshan at the Nathdwara temple was rescheduled from 5 am to 8:45 am due to a temple event, something the front desk could've easily checked and informed us about, especially since we weren't locals. On a positive note, the souvenir shop inside the hotel was excellent, great collection and a very polite gentleman managing it. Overall, while Trident Udaipur is a beautiful property with lovely food and ambiance, the service during our stay didn't quite match the brand's reputation. With better coordination and attention to detail, it could have been a memorable experience.

Staying at Trident Udaipur truly felt like entering heaven. From the very moment we were picked up from the airport, everything was effortless comfort and understated luxury. The rooms were absolutely breathtaking, and the gardens were magical—made even more special by peacocks gracefully wandering through them. New Year’s Eve was unforgettable; the Gala dinner party was exceptional in every sense, from the ambiance to the food and service. The team deserves the highest praise. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, genuinely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable—not just about food and service, but also the location and guest experience as a whole. Our room was beautifully decorated with roses and balloons, and we were surprised with a gorgeous cheese platter and cake, both of which were delicious and so thoughtfully presented. One night we returned late to our room and were genuinely stunned. Not only was the room immaculately cleaned, but our clothes had been folded and placed neatly. My husband and I were speechless—it was such a thoughtful, unexpected touch. Having worked in hotels all my life, I can confidently say that the service and standards at Trident Udaipur are second to none. The General Manager should be immensely proud of the extraordinary team he leads. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us. This stay will remain with us forever.

An extremely pretty property with excellent staff service. We were greeted warmly and offered welcome drink as we checked in. Staff was prompt and helpful. The rooms were well appointed with luxurious linens. The breakfast was extensive and was yummy The shower was okay and needs to be upgraded. We had an Aravalli view room which was more of a garden view. The garden area is an absolute treat.
