I visited this barber shop before Eid and was very disappointed with my experience. I gave clear instructions for my haircut, but the result was not what I requested. Communication was difficult, and I felt my concerns were not being listened to. I was also asked whether I wanted a hair wash, said yes, but did not receive it. What disappointed me most was the lack of effort to address my concerns afterward. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst barber shop experiences I've had." We go to Trimmers and pay a premium price for experienced and educated barbers. They have hired junior barbers who are not professionals. There is only one senior barber in each location who most of the times isn't attending customer. The barber who cut my hair use to work in Sajja before and he did cut my hair similar to 5aed hair salons. If you guys continue to compromise on quality I will stop going to Trimmers.

Had a very bad experience today. Went for a hair colour in trimmers which is opposite amber supermarket. When he applied the paste on my hair my eyes started burning and after applying the colour ,he even made my skin black. Which now cannot be cleaned. He even charged 158 aed for the same. Will never visit this salon again.

I had my cut yesterday and the barbar was good at the start but then he was very impatient and he wouldnt listen to what i say. When i try checking the length of my own hair he would just move my hand and constantly interrupt me. I told him things i did not want and he did only those. Wouldnt listen at all and if i say this is okay he would do more and more till he screws it up. At the end i did get annoyed at the constant interruptions and him not listening to a word i said. There was no language barrier he perfectly understood hindi and english and i spoke hindi and english. He even gave me those frustrated *sigh* acted really unprofessional. Never going back

The Hair Cut was not good and total waste of money (I spent 100AED for 3 nos), none of the people having a professional experience because we went three person for haircut , all of then not satisfied. One beauty thing is, after hair cut they are asking how is it? before our reply, They will means very beautiful (All together). Whatever style you are asking initial they will agree, later while doing the job will not consider. Not getting a haircut from him ever and will not recommend for any one.

I went for a hair cut and trimming. They charged 68 AED and their treating customers very worst and that way cutting hair is just normal only. They have charged very very high.

The lady receptionist here is extremely arrogant and totally disrespectful. They give a look as of the saloon is only meant for Uber rich (for a cheap price of 30 Dh for haircut...lols) and especially Indian's could not either afford or can't be served. Utterly un-professional and disgusting attitude.

Once out of my 3 times there had a good outcome. Sticking with my basic barber as he does the job better.

Decent haircutting experience. Especially Moeen, he did a good job in advising me to try a better hairstyle since I have been following the same pattern for years.

Though cut nice hair but poor customer services. Even after you visit them every month they dont recongnize you as customer. For additional line for your hairstyle sometime they charge sometimes they do free saying policy change. I dont understand they are doing business or what. Hair stylers are rude especially king faisal rd sharjah branch. They are bias and only recongnize fillipino customers.

Pathetic hair cut. It is better to get a hair cut in a malabar salon @AED 15 instead of spending high in this useless salon. Unprofessional hair cutters cannot call them hair stylers . Will never visit again and will ensure none in my social circle visit them..advice improve or u will close soon.

Very inconsiderate behavior, not satisfied with the haircut at all cuz the stylist named EDGAR doesn't listen and bossy like he knows everything. I said and showed him the way i want but instead made it too short. Not getting a haircut from him ever👎

Tried once and i found the experience as horrible. They were always trying to butter you up words to get that extra service for 40dhs and once you nod your head then thats it, you pay 40dhs as a service fee for nothing but just a face wash.

Got myself to trimmers abu sharaga, Mr Jeroma got me served with the facial treatment and it was more than satisfactory. You should definitely visit!!

One of the places I'd trust my hair with. The issue is that a mistake cannot be rectified that quickly when it comes to hair. Always trust the big guns with this..! Ask for this hairdresser named Joel, he does amazing work.

staffs are always very smiling face while receiving the customers. haircut is awesome, even they are giving facials, menicure , pedicure.
