The company was good and the TL and manager was good in eBay e2m but the manager in buy sell(Pranab and Mitul) is worst personalities, they will ask you to work extra and will not give you extra salary. Firstly they have terminated many teammates to cut the company cost and now asking us to do more work with unrealistic targets.

Very unprofessional management ridiculous process no scope for the experience other than tolerating the atmosphere created so toxic that they are always hiring for the same position all year around with no growth promised only thing you will gain from here is monetary exchange for degradation of your calibre and wasting your precious time that has no amount enough to compensate as they carry out operations in a manner that people will lose their mental peace and grow disbelief in the corporate world and this is reason they are hiring all the time to fill in the same positions while the people who work there are targeted and asked to work extra hours to complete the engagement activity for the client and while people keep quitting and they cannot even hire majority of the employee from the city they are established in cause locals are willing to join and this making another reason for them to hire people from across states and still not able to fill the position

One of the worst place to work and poorest management and always low budget company , even not able to provide salary like other company are able to provide.

They need only people who speaks English fluently, if you have 90% score in education and English medium student has 40% score they hire his/her not you , due to language, so who has command on language go there, otherwise consultancy and company both time waste of yours. They don't choose communication skills over language.

The company is close to SP Ring Road, it is very easy to reach there. The environment and nature of the company people are very good. The atmosphere of the company and the atmosphere of the building are also very good. All the people are very helpful.

One of the worst organizations I have been a part of. When I was selected for the Fraud Officer role at TTEC, I was initially promised a CTC of ₹34,000. However, due to a two-year gap after my MBA, I was later offered the same salary I was receiving at my previous organization. Due to financial constraints, I accepted the offer. The training program, however, was excellent and completely unbiased. Trainers like Karuna, Nikita, and Indranil were highly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, making the training phase a genuinely positive experience. Unfortunately, my experience post-training was disappointing. Management behavior lacked professionalism, and there appeared to be favoritism in recognition, rewards, and growth opportunities. Such practices negatively impacted team morale and fairness within the workplace. Overall, while the training team deserves appreciation, leadership and management practices need significant improvement.

Interview lady needs strong training for sure. Even I was perfect fit still she was like I have doubt on your stability. She asked what is your long term goal, I answered, I am learning couple of language and software on side and I will keep learning from this job also and eventually I grow in same company on higher position. I didn’t even said I would change company or go anywhere else. I bet if she will get better pay at somewhere else, she wouldn’t think a second & immediately change her job. Thanks to that stupid HR, I just waste my petrol and time. So if you want job there start lying. People Nowadays just want to hear something that they like, “Not Truth”. Also she was rude like uneducated person. Good Luck

I will go for interview & I take a appointment from the website, they told you to scan QR code without listening anything from your side if you are scan this view all they will put the links of the website and take more than 51 question related to year your family background , other education information and your work related experience even they take your Aadhar card number and permanent address in some personal information about you after this annoying process they will take to more than 1 hour for a n interview, I think they sold your personal Data with the other organisations HR is to rude and don't know about the basic human rights they will take your IELTS example not an interview if you want to learn the or English please go for the interview... Worst HR experience in the my life.

"HR Disha Kakria" She will reject you for silliest of sillest reasons, she will reject your candidature stating you have copied from ChatGPT when you never did🤷, don't understand why TTEC is even keeping these type of HR in the organisation 😑

This is a good company for job. Out of road constructed but very silent place. Good for job here is no good restaurant at nearly. Well constructed road you can not find easily. It is inside the main road.and this time also open I don't know who is give wrong time.

Recently I went ttec for interview. Travelling. 400km away from ahmedabad And lady hr not attend my interview properly.because of her internally staff dispute .And rude behaved to me. Actually before my turn they also create dispute inner STAAF cause of interview. LADY HR Had SO MANY EGO. Overall experience BAD

Patience and Performance always pays off when you are working with an organisation like TTEC.

Good place to visit but in my opinion just a normal place.

HR takes IELTS Exams not an Interview so who wants to learn English that best Place to practice and go Abroad.
