Pathetic service We have to keep calling the service agent for pick and delivery If we dont call they will never deliver your clothes on time

Its the worst service in this area I gave 2 quilts for wash,even after 15 days he gave me the same unwashed quilt saying this is clean by putting some freshener on it and charged 800. The same quilts I gave to local dhobi and it came clean with half price.Never go here!

My local dhobi wala is more professional than this store manager. My order was delayed by a full week, yet zero communication from the store about my order status. The phone number provided was switched off the whole time, making it impossible to reach them. I had to personally drive 5 km just to collect it. The store manager was absent, and only reachable through a second number (which only the staff knew) I raised a complaint about the delay and lack of updates, and requested a small compensation. In return, he was rude and dismissive and responded by calling me “cheap” and said “don’t place an order here again.” The audacity! Anyway, I paid in full since I am a nice person but definitely won't recommend this store to anyone.

I was very skeptical while sending my heavy Indian outfits because of their delicate fabrics but I was mighty impressed with how the garments came back. Also the packaging was compact and impeccable and turn around time was good too! Would highly recommend it to anyone who asks for good dry cleaning!

Terrible Customer Service I’m extremely disappointed with the service. Although I didn’t end up using it, the experience I had while trying to place an order made it clear they don’t value new customers. The general helpline assured me that the service I needed could be completed within the desired timeline. However, when the representative from the actual laundry called, they showed no interest and only agreed to provide the service if I paid a 50% premium for “express delivery.” To clarify, this was for a 4-day lead time, not same-day or next-day service. It’s evident they prioritize premium-paying customers and disregard others, delivering whenever it suits them. I’m not the only one who has faced this. My brother-in-law’s wife had a similar issue when her clothes weren’t delivered as promised. It’s clear that this branch needs urgent intervention from the head office to train their team on proper customer service and meeting commitments. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

My items came back looking spotless, extremely well packed, perfectly pressed, and I was throughly impressed by the quick turnaround time. The prices are reasonable, and I appreciate the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning for my weekly dry cleaning needs.

Using their services for few months now and very happy with the experience. Have always got really great service. They have also offered home pick up and drop when the quantity was more. Highly recommendable. Keep up the good work

Very unprofessional service, you can’t trust this store and even Tumbledry’s customer care. Never give your laundry to these ppl, never responds, don’t follow timelines

I had given my white shoes for dry cleaning because they had turned yellow with use .... But they came back as good as new... Totally white .... Absolutely fabulous work done ....very impressed 👍

Worst service please don’t trust this store

We used Tumbledry service extensively in Gurgaon, and were quite satisfied. But here in Bhugaon Pune, the ironing, especially of trousers, has disappointed us. We have now stopped sending trousers for ironing.
