Tumbledry Dry Clean & Laundry Service

Recently we gave a carpet for laundray and got back the item after a week. Unfortunately, the carpet has lost its original colour and faded throughout the edges. At places, threads are pealed out, stains not removed, looking sabby. Ultimately, our carpet has lost its lusture and appears dull and old, not in a usable form. We do not recommond this place any laundry work. They are doing an unprofessional work, absolutely a cheating business. Don't get disheartened by spoiling your favourit cloaths/carpets from these people.

Take awfully long time to deliver. Multiple calls, no answer. Not sure how the logistics work, but the delivery and quality of wash not reliable

Worst experience ever. Don't give your cloths. They are cheats. I gave 10 white shirts to them for dry cleaning 4th April. They were supposed to return on 7th. Today is 11th , I am yet to get. I have been trying to call them since yesterday. Some agent picks the call after long waiting, and they just say that they will ensure that they will send my shirts at earliest. It seems some kind of scham. I learnt the hard way, beware of these cheats.

We got our Long curtains dry cleaned. The guys were very polite and did their job satisfactorily. The reason for giving 2 is after the dry clean curtains were shrunk and it looks awkward now in our Living room s and bed rooms. If this was the case we could have washed at house itself instead of dry cleaning.

The experience was exclusive. Starting from pick up till delivery of all the items. Would definitely continue their services for other items as well. Credits definitely goes to store manager karthik who looked into all the issues personally.

Excellent service. I gave my son’s school shirt for dry cleaning as it had a map of Ink stains and to my surprise when they handed over the shirt it looked like a brand new one. Awesome work thank you Tumble dry!

Expensive silk saree was damaged completely. Colors in silk saree has spread across . Very poor customer support and there is no ownership by dry cleaner on the damage. I don't recemoomned this , and if you are giving expensive clothes then be ready to take the brunt of damage on yourself.

it was a very good experience giving clothes for dry cleaning in Tumble dry especially the store manager Mr.Karthik was very knowledgeable and explained everything properly.

Gave light pink colour walking shoe for dry cleaning, the quality of service was good. The shoe looks new after dry cleaning.
