Very Poor Experience with PNR TVS Motor I had an extremely disappointing experience with this showroom. I booked the TVS Jupiter 125 XSmart connect in December 2025, but after the booking, there was absolutely no communication or update from the sales executive regarding the delivery timeline. I had to personally visit the showroom multiple times just to get an update. Even then, the sales team failed to provide any clear information or proper assurance about when the scooter would be delivered. The response from the staff was very unprofessional and careless. Due to this poor service and lack of responsibility, I was forced to cancel my booking on 11 February 2026. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse after that. My refund has still not been processed, and once again there have been no updates or follow-ups from the showroom staff regarding my refund status. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The sales team and management at this showroom show very little concern for customers. I always had a very positive opinion about TVS Motor Company, but after this experience, I would never recommend anyone to purchase a scooter or bike from this showroom. I sincerely hope the management takes responsibility and processes my refund immediately. Overall: Very poor customer service and a highly disappointing experience.

Paid token advance on 15th Feb 26 when showroom promised to deliver the desired vehicle and confirmed on 21st Feb 26 no stock available. I have asked to cancel the order and until today waiting for my advance amount. DONT PAY ADVANCE AMOUNT AND VISIT ANY OTHER SHOWROOM NOT THIS ONE. No responsibility and pathetic service Update 07/03/26 : raised complaint as you have mentioned below but still the issue unresolved and no one takes responsibility

I recently purchased my new bike from TVS PRN Motors Pvt Ltd. The staff were very supportive and explained all features clearly. Delivery process was smooth and documentation was handled professionally. Overall a very good buying experience. Highly recommended showroom for TVS bikes.

Generally I don’t leave a google review but this showroom deserves it. Very unprofessional sales persons. They took advance for delivering TVS Jupiter and then started ignoring my calls. On the date of delivery, they said the scooty colour which I ordered has not been delivered for last 4 months and I had to cancel the order. I don’t know why the sales person confirmed that the scooty will be delivered if it was not possible. I had to visit the showroom multiple times and had multiple calls to recover my advance. It took me more than a month to get back the advance. Towards the end, they stopped picking calls even.

Visited the store on 8th Jan evening to enquire about a bike I plan on buying. The store was empty with one orhet customer who were being attendeded by another sales man. We spoke to Balaji but he was least interested in showing in explaining us or selling the product. We had to wait 5 mins for him to even come to us. Then I had to ask him several questions instead of him being proactive. Extremely poor customer service from him. I am now going to book a bike worth 1.5L from Himalaya residency road store this weekend.

In banglore number one worst showroom I had saw,no one responded to show bike and explain the their features and also I get on sales man Mr Nagarjuna that fellow not spoke about bike. He says which bike you want sir I say rider, ok let's Book sir...He said, and I booked on 13th I need to 29th delivery He said ok Sir.... I started calling him 25th continuously more than 25 time showroom number, customer care number no one will answered. Then I came 29th to cancel my booking, I spoke the all stories with Mr balaji is the manager of that showroom, He said let it be let's move. Such a irresponsible behaviour. No one proper educating how to handle customer, and customer service 😏

Super waste of time visiting this showroom. I was surprise to notice the pathetic response and commitment from sales guy like Prabhakaran . we went to buy RT310 and looks like no one knows the product and shows no interest. even, surprise to understand about TVS is really bother for high end bile for Karnataka or only happy saleing for only Scooter????

I am extremely disappointed with the service experience at PRNS Motors. I purchased my vehicle for ₹1,35,000, but I am being charged excessively even for basic services, and my concerns are ignored because there is no alternative service centre. When I asked to sell the vehicle back due to this frustration, I was shockingly offered only ₹20,000, even though I have already paid around ₹15,000 for servicing. This is unfair, exploitative, and completely different from the respectful behaviour shown at the time of purchase. I request immediate action to resolve this issue.

I recently purchased a TVS NTORQ from this dealership, and my experience has been disappointing. Severely understaffed, and customer care seems to be a low priority once the sale is complete. I’ve visited three times to drop off my bike for the first free service, but each time the process has been delayed without explanation. Additionally, the person in charge was unprofessional and rude. I was also told that the bike would not be washed after the service, as they claim it is not something they can provide. This lack of responsibility for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I am highly dissatisfied and would not recommend this dealership to others. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.

The service centre is the worst ever. If you are trying to buy a vehicle or going for a paid service don't make such a mistake. To be honest it will take around 2 hours to give the vehicle and collect the vehicle (excluding servicing hours) -Too much rush - No proper adviser -Not resolving the problems - Not having a parking area - Not having a proper vehicle washing setup. ( They are washing with some nearby vehicle wash shops) They will give the vehicle and say wash here you have to wait until they washed your vehicle. Just like how you are washing your vehicle in any shop. Although there also rush to wash vehicle. There are also other people who are coming to wash their vehicles not only PRN TVS' s vehicles.

I’m giving PRN TVS a 1-star compliment for showing me exactly where not to take my bike. The service was the worst I’ve experienced—unprofessional and ineffective. From now on, I’ll be supporting my local shop where they actually value the machine and the customer. They give quote one price and they take more then that.. Please don't give your bike for service in PRN Service..
