Worst dealership ever , they don't even attend customers properly and don't Even respond properly
Actuall issue: My bike KA02KD9639 had a technical issue and some wiring problem, reached there service centre for getting this issue rectified and i don't know who the advisor is , i explained my situation and told him I don't want service I jus want my issue to be solved. but he says full service with oil change is mandatory, But i had got my oil changed in shell petrol station just a month before, but the advisor stopped listening to my problem and kept on saying to get the oil changed done repeatedly... I told him boss my issue is with wiring i don't require oil change , but once i told this again his TONE OF VOICE CHANGED and started to argue and manhandle with me , later after a long argument he suggested me to visit a near by local mechanic who would solve this issue . And he only directed me to the local mechanic too.
Now the point is if authorised service centre is not able to deal a bike why are they directing to local mechanic... Are the authorized mechanic insufficient or not experienced mechanic??? And this is not first time this kept on repeating everytime I visit this dealership... Kindly who so ever is the manager drive your advisors to handle customer or keep a seperate customer handling summar classes so they don't forget they are advisors rather behaving like an ruckus idiots ...
