Before buying a bike you must see thare service Worst services I have trust and left my bike for 2 days for service but they have been broken my front display broken and side this finer they have been broke. Before levying your bike, see the Service reviews.

ಒಂದು ಗಾಡಿ enquiryಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ರೆಸ್ಪಾನ್ಸ್ ಮಾಡಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾರು ಬರಲ್ಲ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅವರದೇ busy ಇರ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಫೋನ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು use ಮಾಡ್ಕೊಂಡು ಕೂತಿರ್ತಾರೆ costumer ಬಂದ್ರುನು care ಮಾಡಲ್ಲ ಹಾಗೆ ಕೂತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ

I had the worst experience here, I gave my TVS ntorq for a regular service and got back that the mirror Handel was broken. Then I checked with The supervisor and he said we needed to check in cc tv and next day they fixed it with a new bracket.

Very disappointing experience. I had given my vehicle for service, and when I went to pick it up, I noticed a new scratch that was not there earlier. The staff did not inform me about it, and when I raised the issue, there was no proper response or responsibility taken. I trusted them with my vehicle, but this experience was very unprofessional. I hope they improve their service quality and take better care of customers’ vehicles in the future.

Very Good Buisness attitude & professionalism. On time delivery of vehicles- documentation & value for money. TVS vehicles are also a National Pride & very good machines

Showroom is fine but the service they provide is pathetic 🙏 just stay there and get the service done bcoz u don't knw wt thy will be experimenting out with your new bike parts And wtever the issue you say them the only solution is replcmnt with new parts and bill would be crossing 1.5k everytime without any additional cost labour, water, polish, lube by this only they will cross 1.5k they know how to make good bill 💵 thts all I'm struggling everytime whn ever i give service I need to talk to manager and raise tickets to get my issue resolved Recently I bought AMC scheme nd it's totally a scam they said it's membership it will reduce you 1k in next service and I end up paying 1.5k again AMC deduction are not shown and people who are invoicing are not capable of explaining and it's not evn shwn in bill It's like everytime I give service I need to wait everytime to collect my bike i need to call them and get followup updates.

ನನ್ನ ಬೈಕ್ ಸೆನ್ಸರ್ ಪ್ರಾಬ್ಲಮ್ ಆದಾಗ ನಾನು ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮಂಜು ಎಂಬುವವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ನೀವು ನಮ್ಮ ಅಂಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು ನಾವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶೋರೂಮ್ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಏನೇ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಆದರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಶೋರೂoನಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಪೇರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಗಾಡಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ರಿಪೇರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸರಿ ನೀವೇ ಹೇಳಿ

Kindly don't visit this showroom. They aren't welcoming, executive fighting within themselves. Finance team biggest scammer, say 8-9% Interest and then actually charge 16%. Very Sad to see this kindly of service from TVS. My last purchase from Jayanagar Store was way better than this place.

Hello TVS Bridge stone agencies, With reference to the attached images, i brought the vehicle to Rajajinagar service station. I was facing the problem in mybtwo wheeler ntroq. But technician just filled thr air and asked me to change the wheel. The issue is in mid part of the vehicle i had addressed with mr. Murali Krisha and you can see the digital meter screen which is attached. When there is service every one addresses and will be happy whereas if it is for complaint no one bothers. I want a quick action against my complaint. I am literally very unhappy with attending the complaints.

Worst Team of Service personnel. Worst Service Center. There is no cleanliness in their services. There is nothing which they provide and have kept the service center just to charge Labour Charges and sell their Parts. They even don't wash the vehicle properly. Please avoid this service center and search for a better option

Very good service. There were lot of digital meter and fuel indicator issues in my brand new Jupiter 125 of 2023 model. The service advisor Silambarasan was very knowledgeable and he promptly addressed and resolved them all. It's been 1.5 yrs since I first visited and after 3 times servicing, I can vouch it's a very good place for servicing your TVS vehicle. The only negative I came across is it's little expensive. Not sure if it's only this center or all TVS service centers. But overall, it's good and you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointing experience. The sales team was inattentive and did not handle queries professionally. More concerning was the financing process—an interest rate of 8–9% was quoted, but the actual calculation reflected nearly 16–17%. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I strongly recommend double-checking all financial details before proceeding. Better avoid this place

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service at Bridgewell Motors LLP, the authorized service center of TVS Motor Company. Every time I visit on a weekday, they say they are too busy and ask me to come on Sunday. When I go on Sunday, they say the iQube advisor is not available and ask me to come again on a weekday. This constant back-and-forth is very irritating and shows complete lack of coordination and responsibility. On top of that, the staff and service advisors do not communicate properly or treat customers with respect. My TVS iQube has had a simple horn issue for more than a month, and it is still not fixed despite multiple visits. It is shocking that such a basic issue cannot be resolved. I am truly disappointed with the poor customer service and careless attitude. This is not the kind of experience anyone expects from an authorized service center.

Very disappointing service experience. The staff were unprofessional ONLY ASKING YOU PAY THE BILL FIRST and the work done on my Tvs Iqube two-wheeler was poor. The issues I reported were not even address and fixed properly, and the vehicle was returned even without proper checking even with out washing or cleaning. When I raised the issue of improper wasing then the have washed in my supervision. My humble request for the Visitors or Viewers. NEVER VISIT THIS SERVICE CENTER FOR Your TWO WHEELER, there Are Many Alternate TVS Service Centers Available around you. My Rating for the place will be in Negative Rating.

Worst ever showroom I went. I went for enquiry about iqubue, but both female representatives not answering anything. They are not willing to do their work, for any of queries they asked us to check some rate sheet. Not willing to explain anything feature about any model. They said it’s on display you can check , no test drive. They were not all willing to sell vehicles. We asked about price variance in app, they told why you checking website?. Don’t know wether they giving it for free

Hi Bridgestone TVS management, I am very disappointed on your staff from water washing and polishing team, they didn't washed properly, dirt was vry clearly visible even polish was not done clearly i will share you the picture of it, when i informed to tat polish person he is cleaning like lazy & carelessly after looking his work (cleaning) i took the cloth from him and cleaned myself. This was my 2nd service even in 1st service same mistakes was appeared i kept quiet ok will see in 2nd service, but repeated same. I am happy of the bike service but i am vry much disappointed on water washing and polishing person. When i was cleaning myself no one from your staff raised question to me, they are watching me cleaning & very hurry to go home. I THINK PROPER TRAINING TO BE GIVEN TO THAT TEAM.

Worst dealership ever , they don't even attend customers properly and don't Even respond properly Actuall issue: My bike KA02KD9639 had a technical issue and some wiring problem, reached there service centre for getting this issue rectified and i don't know who the advisor is , i explained my situation and told him I don't want service I jus want my issue to be solved. but he says full service with oil change is mandatory, But i had got my oil changed in shell petrol station just a month before, but the advisor stopped listening to my problem and kept on saying to get the oil changed done repeatedly... I told him boss my issue is with wiring i don't require oil change , but once i told this again his TONE OF VOICE CHANGED and started to argue and manhandle with me , later after a long argument he suggested me to visit a near by local mechanic who would solve this issue . And he only directed me to the local mechanic too. Now the point is if authorised service centre is not able to deal a bike why are they directing to local mechanic... Are the authorized mechanic insufficient or not experienced mechanic??? And this is not first time this kept on repeating everytime I visit this dealership... Kindly who so ever is the manager drive your advisors to handle customer or keep a seperate customer handling summar classes so they don't forget they are advisors rather behaving like an ruckus idiots ... ⚠️I strongly recommend not to visit this dealership ❌

Worst experience if I do service somewhere else it's my wish but that guy who was looking for service customer telling me that you have done somewhere else service so I will not do service. According to this bridgewll doesn't need any customers bad and poor rating 👎🤮
