I had a very bad and disappointing experience at Kubera TVS showroom for my TVS Ntorq XT
Initially, they told me one service price, but after the work was done, they suddenly asked for more money, which was not informed earlier. This was very unprofessional and misleading.
I wasted the entire day at the service center, and even after that, the service was not done properly. Because of poor servicing, I now have to give my bike again for service, which means more time loss.
The staff did not manage time properly and did not give clear information. Overall, the service was very time-consuming, poorly handled, and unsatisfactory.
I do not recommend this showroom service unless they improve their service quality, transparency, and customer handling.
Totally a very bad and disposing experience.
