TVS - Megha Motors

TVS service center is Relocate to another place, now I have added new place in Google map. It will be very helpful for many people, now it looks beautiful and the location is very good, I am adding few photos with this review, I hope the service is also better now.

I have a tvs ntorque 125 and I have been getting it serviced from megha motors for about 5 years. I have had a very good service experience from there. The mechanics are knowledgeable. The staff there is also friendly.

At the time of purchase they may very friendly to you, but after you go there for something, they wont mind you. they are not a customer friendly dealers. don't service your vehicle there, dont buy any bikes or spare parts, if you buy, they will charge you more than anywhere, i had a worst experience from here. Worst behavior, worst service and cost of spare parts is very high. All are Frauds. Very bad customer service and rude behaviour. please dont choose them for TVS brand.

Very worst service center ever. Don't go and waste the money. Very irresponsible stafs and the service cost is to high compared to kalpetta. Better go to kalpetta. One of the worst service centre in sulthan bathery.

“I am an owner of a TVS Apache bike. Based on my experience, it is one of the worst service centers. The staff are very rude, and their vehicle service is also very poor. I suggest that you only avail of the free service there. For later paid services, opt for any local service shop. Compared to Megha Motors’ service, a local shop will provide you with better service. Do not trust the people at Megha Motors. If you absolutely need service from a TVS service center, please ensure you wait there until they complete servicing your vehicle. " This experience pertains only to Bathery Megha Motors; I am not aware of the other branches. ”
