I have recently ordered full jersey (Tshirt and Trouser) for my team from TY Creation. While customising design they were cooperative. But after receiving my order found one tshirt having colour fade from one side. I have asked them to keep it in orange colour but they used dark red. Trouser also I have asked them to keep it little loose but they used their measurements and it's fitting tight to every player. Then how it is fully customised which they say. Few areas of improvement : One thing they should change is their fabric for trouser. We ordered black trouser but they printed black on white fabric which resulted in white line at every side stitches. We have not liked finishing and their aftersales service.

We purchased cricket jerseys from TyCreation, but the quality was extremely poor. Within a month, the fabric started wearing out, the cotton came off, and the stitching unraveled. Very disappointing experience. We placed the order through their Instagram stories, but the seller was rude and unprofessional. The product quality is third-class. I strongly recommend not placing orders based on their online reels—it’s not worth it.
