I just watched my first movie at the US Cinema in Eros Mall, and overall, it was an okay experience. If you’re looking for a complete movie outing with all the amenities—great food options, a premium feel, and clean, modern washrooms—then you might prefer heading to the PVR nearby. But if your focus is just the movie itself and you live close by, then I’d 100% recommend this place. The seats were comfortable, the audio quality was solid, and the theater was clean. Perfect for a quick, no-frills movie plan.

US cinemas is situated in the 2nd floor of Eros Market place, Indirapuram, near Yashoda Medicity hospital. I recently saw a film named, 'they call him OG' starring Power Star Pawan Kalyan in this place. Until I entered the premises of US cinemas, I was wondering about the lack of maintenance of the Eros Market place. But once I stepped in, I felt good with the amount of hygiene they maintained inside. Screens are big but seats are just ordinary and sound was not that adequate. And they have seperate stalls for food items and shockingly they are charging high for popcorn and cool drink. Service was just ok. I ordered white pasta that costed me Rs 250 which was hot but just ok in the taste. My show was at 3.15pm and the ticket cost was Rs. 235 as I booked through Book my show app. Show started right on time and interval break was not lengthy. I may visit this place again for a different movie genre. I advise to book tickets at the top row as theatre is lengthy inside. Comfort is not 100%. They have a special screen named Eminence cut.

First of all, I don’t understand how children were allowed into a movie that is clearly meant for adults. There should be stricter enforcement of age restrictions—I personally saw multiple parents bringing young kids. This is concerning and needs to be addressed seriously. Secondly, the service experience was disappointing. We were denied food at our seats and were told to collect it ourselves immediately, despite there being a long queue. This completely defeats the purpose of convenience that you expect at such venues. To make matters worse, the pricing was unreasonable—₹600 for a medium popcorn and Coke, as if these are premium or exclusive items. The overall experience felt poorly managed and not worth the cost. Strongly recommend reviewing both policy enforcement and customer service standards

The screen is very dark. Not an enjoyable experience, the barcodes in lounge seats not in working condition. Seats makes noises all the time when reclined. Popcorn and food very expensive and taste is also not upto the mark. Not to Invest more then 150 200rs in this theater.

It was a nice experience of watching movie at US Cinemas. Good hall and sound experience. Air conditioned and well cleaned toilets were there which is a good thing. Food prices were really expensive which I disliked rest all good.

Went here multiple times pre and post Covid to watch movies. This place has lost it's charm now. The waiting area and food counter are same for many years. Visit here multiple times bcz I like going solo movie and budget ticket prices. Hall is okay but need maintenance and improvement in seating. Not very big or lavish hall, only have two screens (Europa 1 and Europa 2). Picture quality seems little bit low/dim. Europa 1 has normal seating with 2 categories. Europa 2 has has option for recliner seats. Ticket price are not very high so your monthly budget will be happy. Would recommend only to watch 2D movies Avoid using the toilet, too stinky like public toilet in the street. Limited options in food and quantities, bought nachos with 1 regular Pepsi it was cost around 400 rupees. Only one size of glass for cold drinks, nachos are soggy and due to that it taste awful . Compared to the price paid for food I would say it's expensive and they serve frozen foods by just frying them up. Food tray are sticky and food counter are too dirty, so hygiene is a big question. Food at another food counter was not in display and have only one attended. Not sure about quantity of food but took pictures of there me.

Very Poor experience at your US cinemas , staff is absolutely irresponsible , noone was available at the ticket counter to sell , after 5 minutes 1 of the staff member comes who is poor at managing accounts , No lights switched on during interval , Manager was busy watching the movie in other hall at the time of complaint and came after 6-7 minutes.

Worst cinema hall. They take lots of money to give poor services. I was not allowed to enter 20 minutes prior to movie first of all. Then they are not giving cheese popcorns for no reason. Just poor service. Even their aditya mall branch has same issue. Why take so much money if u cant give proper service. This was my last movie here for sure. Pls dont come here or u will be badly disappointed. Just worst!!!

Overall it was great experience watching movie there, Eminence Cut Audi are great it has all recliner seats (be it the first row) Sound is really great! Overall Audi size is bit small, it seems more like private screening, It has total 3 Audi, the other 2 Audis are of regular size. Picture quality seems little bit low/dim but sound is really great! Food and beverages are also available at cheaper rate, (as compared to big multiplexes) Overall Nice place to watch movies. The Mall complex where the multiplex is located is almost empty, no shops, only mc Donald's and D mart and few small shops, not recommended late night shows if you are not from around.

14-Aug-25 1/5 Stars - Extremely Dissatisfied with Basic Services I was shocked to experience utter neglect of very basic and obvious services during my recent visit. Despite booking 3 seats, 2 were wet, and to add insult to injury, your staff forced me to shift to another wet seat just 20+ minutes after the movie started that too in super dark environment. The mood was already spoiled, and their behavior made it worse. The cleaner and Kartik not only failed to apologize but also argued and misbehaved with me. It's appalling that your staff lacks basic training in customer service. The lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort is unacceptable.
