Great budget-friendly stay for families! The location is unbeatable—literally a short walk from the railway station and bus stands. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Plus, the geyser was fully functional, which made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and value!

Update: I got my refund and I thank hotel staff and operations team for the support. I would like to stay in hotel in our next visit. ———— original review, that can be ignored now—————- I did not stayed there but I booked a family room there from official website. Due to some reason our trip cancelled and I emailed about the same 4-5 days advance. I also talked to the hotel staff on the same day after emailing and they assured about cancelling my booking to make a refund. But unfortunately they stopped replying emails and never refunded. So, my experience is bad even before going there.

It's really awesome place and centrally located at main city area. Hotel staff also very helpful and maintained cleanliness and hygiene.

Very basic room, geyser was functional, they haven't provided toiletries, they have room service for food which is pure veg, taste of food ok. It's only pro is it is near to railway station and 24×7 transportation facilities easy available near this place.

This hotel is located just 200 meters from Udaipur Bus Station. The hotel is very neat & clean. The hotel manager is very polite and helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant. I tried mutter paneer and chapati. The food also tastes quite good. Overall the hotel is quite good to stay.

Surprisingly decent hotel for the price range. Walking distance to the bus stand. Nice staff. Windows could use some curtains though.

I recently stayed at Udai Palace Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The hygiene standards were unacceptable — I found cockroaches in the washroom, which was extremely unpleasant. On top of that, the staff showed little responsibility when it came to food service, leaving guests without proper support. Considering the high prices charged here, the quality of service and cleanliness did not match expectations at all. I would strongly advise future visitors to think twice before booking, as there are better options available in the same price range.
