Masjid Uhud is a historic mosque located near جبل أحد (Mount Uhud) in Medina. The mosque is closely associated with the famous Battle of Uhud, one of the most important events in early Islamic history. It is believed that the mosque marks the place where Prophet Muhammad ﷺ prayed during or after the Battle of Uhud. The area is visited by pilgrims and visitors who come to reflect on the sacrifices of the companions who were martyred in the battle, including Sayyiduna Hamza رضي الله عنه. The mosque has a peaceful atmosphere and is commonly visited along with nearby historical sites such as the Uhud Martyrs Cemetery and Mount Uhud.

يُعدّ جبل أحد من أشهر المعالم التاريخية في المدينة المنورة، وارتبط بغزوة أُحد التي خلدت دروس الصبر والثبات. ويمنح المطلّ فيه الزوار إطلالة جميلة على الجبل ومعالم المنطقة، حيث يجتمع جمال الطبيعة مع عبق التاريخ وروحانية المكان. ويُعدّ المطلّ على جبل أحد مكانًا مميزًا للتأمل والاستمتاع بالهدوء، خاصة وقت الغروب، حيث تظهر تضاريس الجبل بلونها الأحمر الجميل. ويحرص الزوار على التقاط الصور واستشعار عظمة الأحداث التاريخية التي شهدها هذا المكان المبارك.

Breathtaking views of madinah , so peaceful - could spend all day up there 🥹 Coffee shops at the top serve pizza , mankeesh , desserts and coffee. (There is a long wait for the rides to take you up and down , make sure you put your name down in the queue before you actually want to come down as the wait can be 30-45 mins after sunset to come back)

The uhud mountains were breathtaking to say the least! During Ramadan yhey have made it accessible with shops and cafe to add to the experience of the mountains. There’s a whole service of booking a 4x4 car to take you right up to the top of the mountain where there is a stunning ….absolutely stunning cafe/restaurant called ‘Majlis Uhud’ - you get to enjoy an Iftar package meal consisting of Prophet Muhammad’s (saw) favourite meals - Thareed, Talbina and pumpkin soup (amongst other tasty meals available). The views from your seating area is just magnificent and masjid nabawi is in full view when it’s dark! Get there early to avoid missing yourself the chance to a table and view. They have prayer facilities.

Rabbim bizlere buraları görmeyi nasip eyledi. O kutsal duyguyu inşaallah her müslüman kardeşimiz yaşar. Peygamber Efendimiz Hz. Muhammed Mustafa SAV. İn ayak izlerinin olduğu yerlerde bulunmak bile heyecan verici.

Hz. Peygamber’in (sav) sahabesiyle birlikte mücadele ettiği Uhud Savaşı’nın gerçekleştiği yerdir. Hz. Hamza ve birçok sahabenin şehit düştüğü bu alan, Medine’deki en önemli tarihi ve manevi ziyaret noktalarındandır.

I climbed it on foot with my brothers. It was really challenging and fun because we love hiking in the mountains. We started after Asr prayer from Shuhuda Uhud Mosque and reached the top At Maghrib prayer

Visited here to ziarah cemetery of the fallen syuhada in Battle of Uhud. The space is big. You can view the cemetery from multiple sides. You can try to climb up the hill but be careful as the slopes are full of rocks. I took this opportunity to say my salam and prayers to all the martyrs.

The most beautiful mountain i have ever seen in my life. The peace one gets to see this mountain is hard to express.

The historical significance this mountain has on islamic history is undeniable. It is hard to believe it in today’s world but I would request everyone to put your shoes back during Prophet (SW) days and imagine the war zone during that time.

الاجواء حلوه فقط ينقصه قهوة على المطل تم الحجز عن طريق روح المدينة ويحتاج حفظ التذاكر للدخول في مقاهي ومحلات شاهي في الاسفل قبل الصعود لاعلى الجبل لكن مافي جلسات مناسبه الصعود مو بعيد تقريبا ١٠ دقايق بسيارتهم الخاصة لكن الطريق مو معبد وشوي مظلم ليلا واذا في النزول سجل اسمك قبل بربع ساعه مع المنظم لان في انتظار
