هتل ام القرى

هتل نیاز به بازسازی دارد. هتل قدیمی. خیلی کثیف با بوی نامطبوع. هیچ اراده ای برای نظافت هتل وجود ندارد. شیرآلات سرویس کهنه. ملافه ها عوض نمی‌شود. کیفیت غذا متوسط به پایین. مدیریت ضعیف و خسیس. تنها امتیاز نزدیکی به حرم. تقریبا روبروی بازار سوق الکبیر.

معمولیه، امکاناتشم در حد هتل های دو ستاره ایرانه. دستشوییاش خیلی بو میده، غذا هم بعضا توی ظروف شکسته سرو میشه که اصلا جالب نیست. برای ایرانیا چاره ای نیست چون شمسا رزرو میکنه و حیثیت ایرانیا رو زیر سوال میبره، اگه قصد دارین خودتون رزرو کنید، قطعا هتل های بهتر و با امکانات بیشتری هم هست و لازم نیست به این هتلای داغون برید. برای بعضی از مسافرهای بومی شاید اینجا به نظر عالی برسه ولی برای ما که هتل های خوب زیاد داریم توی کشورمون، چنین جاهایی واقعا راضی کننده نیست.

غذا عالی بود ولی کیفیت هتل ن جا خشک کردن لباس نداره هیچی ۲ تا ستاره فقط برا غذا دادم

مکانی بسیار عالی برای اقامت در جوار حرم امیر المومنین

Worst 3rd grade hotel. In short nothing good to say or share

Very rude staff. They will not even give me fresh bed sheets. My one-year-old spoiled the sheets at night. I did not ask them to change the sheets, just wanted some fresh ones. At the reception, the person started shouting. will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, I had to change my room cause the first room they gave me the fan was not working. Again it was a big problem convincing them to either change the fan or change our room. Pathetic service and pathetic staff

It has large space in room Very clean bathroom

Rooms are good, also equipped with attached toilets along with 24/7 hot water availability. Air conditioning is good too. The major and only drawback is that room service is not up to the mark. They won't clean your room until you depart (even if you stay for 30 days). They don't clean toilets, don't change dustbin bags until k revolt at the reception desk. Wi-Fi is no good, just good enough to use whatsApp for text and audio calls. You can't even use youTube. PS EDIT ON 30/038/2023 AFTER FEW ARGUMENTS AND COMPLAINTS TO OUR TOUR OPERATORS THE ROOM SERVICES HAD BEEN IMPROVED ALOT, TOILETS GOT CLEANED, BEDSHEETS WERE CHANGED & BINS WERE EMPTIED REGULARLY AND ALSO WIFI ALSO GOT IMPROVED. HENCE I'VE INCREASED 1 STAR HERE FOR IMPROVEMENTS MADE.

They need to clean the rooms better. Service was bad. But the location is what was important. Very close to Maula Ali Haram which made it easy to go and return. If there were better choices available, we would not stay at this place. The extra star is due to their location. Or else they're really a 1 or 2 star.

Good location and Good hotel. Rooms have adequate facility. Near and clean hotel

There is no point of so many amenities if the rooms are filthy
