There were following challenges faced during the journey which made for a very poor experience, starting with the booking process where I called multiple times to get confirmation and ticket. The departure times were never exact; for instance, we were told 1:00 PM but did leave around 2:00 PM, and seats were not pre-assigned, it was a first-come, first-served situation on a bus.Bus was neither clean nor in good condition. The stops were made at managed areas with unclean washrooms and expensive, low-quality food, and the driver initially refused to stop at a proper Miqat station with adequate facilities, causing a two-hour delay and a late arrival in Makkah where the hotel room lacked a private washroom. Further delays occurred leaving for Madinah, causing us to miss Asr prayer in the Haram, and we were charged 10 Riyals each for Ziyarat that only included roadside mosques. The worst part was the bus engine failed from 200km from Madinah; after 90 minutes of failed repairs, exhausted passengers were forced to stand on other crowded buses for the remaining distance. Upon reaching Madinah at 3:00 AM, there was further confusion with the return bus to Riyadh, which finally departed at 9:30 AM with an inexperienced driver and a rude attitude. The return journey took much longer than promised, arriving at 11:00 PM instead of 8:00 PM, with the driver first refusing to drop passengers at the requested industrial area. Overall, the bad bus service and rude behavior made this holy journey very difficult, and I hope management improves these services significantly
