Uncubate is a very friendly place to work at. It has a very good view of the city and you'll have all the positive vibes if you make up your mind working there. The terrace is a great place for relaxing and it has a canteen as well. All in all, it is a value for money coworking space and you will definitely not regret your decision going there.

Uncubate is really one of the best experiences which a freelancer, startup ventures or the work from home employees can take the benefit of work and fun. The breathtaking scenery is the most reviving experience which can set your mood of work. I appreciate the yellow and grey colors which are used in the premises. Staff is very cooperative and welcoming. The best part is the rooftop restaurant where the best sunset and sunrise can be watched. Staff is well behaved and the owner take care of their needs and contribute in celebrating their birthday. There is a smalll library available to brake from the routine and develop the art of reading. Miss Simran is very humble and promising in delivery of the assigned seats. However, the meeting room is small but it is intelligently made to bring people together. If you believe in astrology and numerology, this year 2022 will mark profitable for all the coworkers because their office is on 12th and 6th floor. I wish best of luck to Uncubate. It has been more than 8 months I am working from Uncubate Co working. They have coworkers from all the fields making it easy to create network for work! The community that they are building is really helpful for startups and freelancers. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to start their work journey.

We recently transitioned our team to this co-working space, and it has been a major disappointment. While the staff was very persistent in getting us to sign the contract, their enthusiasm quickly faded once we moved in. The cleanliness is subpar, with common areas often untidy and poorly maintained. Additionally, the customer service is lacking; it’s difficult to get timely assistance when issues arise. To top it off, they impose a ₹500 per person, per day penalty for any payment delays, even just by a day or two. This feels unreasonable given the overall quality of the service provided. I would advise anyone considering this space to look elsewhere. The combination of poor maintenance, lackluster service, and harsh penalties make it not worth the investment.

Nice experience! The space (6th floor where I used to sit) is new and kept immaculate. Uncubate employees and support staff are as courteous and professional as it gets. The Phoenix building is well maintained from inside - at least the floors I have visited. Internet speed was pretty good and sufficient for my need for the month. Take a trial day and experience it for yourself before you sign up! PS - Phoenix building (outside) you get to see lots of pigeons and the issues (if you mind) that come with them. The building staff did their best to keep it as clean as possible both from inside and out.

I spent 3 months here, which was starting of my business career. The place is having professional environment in economical rate. They provide all the basic facilities required to work. People around are good, friendly and cooperative. We also enjoyed small parties time to time which helped to get along well with fellow workers. I've been working here for almost three months now. The office is really nice in terms of infrastructure and all the necessary facilities. Co-workers are also really nice and helpful. With right price, Uncubate is the best co-working space.

This co-working space is centrally located (at Vijay Cross Road) and very much accessible by public transport. Place is quiet so it is great if you need to focus on what you are doing. Uncubate is more suitable for individual professionals, small teams and startups. Logistically it provided everything that you need. Management is very much flexible in their approach and accommodating many of the request. It is a great place to build your business. I would highly recommend this place.
