No repair service as of now. I’m facing the charging issue in my iPad, so i went to the official apple website for repairing service appointment. The website is showing that this store has drop off service ( screenshot attached ) but store representative politely denied it. They told me that repairing service will start in 1-2 months. So it was a mixed experience for me about the store, the staff were helpful but service was unavailable. Anyway, i have booked an appointment at NGRT, Nagpur for my iPad. ( it’s very unfortunate that apple service centre isn’t available in our city )

I purchased a MacBook Air M4 from this store yesterday. Firstly, I’d like to appreciate Mr.Shubham for his amazing service to help us purchase the device. He is a very humble and professional guy, he knows the technology and explained everything with patience. I would recommend everyone to approach Shubham for any kind of help. Thank you to him :) Secondly, I would discourage everyone to not approach an employee named Yogesh. He is extremely adamant, arrogant and disrespectful. He doesn’t even the difference between part number and serial number of MacBooks. He thinks he is working at apple to carry such nasty attitude but he’s wrong he doesn’t have any knowledge. He doesn’t know to communicate with the customer or help with their needs, very unprofessional and a rude employee…he should be kicked out as there have been multiple complaints about Yogesh.
