در کل، فروشگاه Unicorn در محله Bhudargarh Colony در مومبای، برای خرید آیفون، مک‌بوک یا آی‌کام، تجربه‌ی خیلی خوبی داره؛ مشتریان می‌گن که پرسنل مثل Kishan Singh، Sagar Shirke، Pragati و Rajesh با دانش بالا، صبور و حرفه‌ای هستن، قیمت‌ها شفاف می‌شن و حتی تخفیف‌های ویژه هم می‌گیرن. اما چند تا شکایت جدی هم وجود داره: بعضی مشتریان گزارش می‌دن که آگهی‌های تخفیف روی اینستاگرام یا سایت فعال نیستن و یا به‌صورت نادرست تبلیغ می‌شن، که باعث خشم می‌شه؛ در بخش سرویس، چند مورد از آسیب‌های ناشی از تعمیرات (مثل خراش یا دنت شدن گوشی) و هزینه‌های بالای تعمیر یا جایگزینی که در گارانتی یا AppleCare پوشش داده می‌شه، به‌دلیل عدم رعایت استانداردها مطرح شده. در مجموع، اگر بخوای یه خرید ساده و سریع از اپل کنی، Unicorn گزینه‌ی خوبی هست، ولی اگر به سرویس پس از فروش یا تخفیف‌های آنلاین اهمیت می‌دی، حتماً قبل از رفتن، جزئیات رو دوباره چک کن.

Visited the store on Saturday (2nd may) to buy iphone 17 and the offer running on insta handle, also posted on that same day was not active. This is extremely unprofessional. The posts on social media should show only offers which are actually live. The sales staff was disinterested in helping out. When we called customer care, they said offer was till 30th april. Extremely disappointed with service. Please don’t misguide customers with offers that aren’t live on the store.

Unicorn Apple Store – A Decade of Outstanding Service I’ve been a loyal customer of Unicorn, Apple’s Premium Partner, for over a decade—and they’ve never let me down. Just yesterday, I purchased an iMac desktop from their Andheri West, Mumbai store. Their service engineer, Mr. Bipin Badeliya, went above and beyond to set it up at my home. He seamlessly transferred my data folder from a Windows PC to the new iMac, configured all four of my email accounts, set up Microsoft OneDrive, and installed Microsoft 365. Every step was handled with a professional, customer-first approach that truly deserves recognition. Now, contrast this with my experience at Apple’s own BKC Store. Despite multiple requests, they flatly refused to assist with transferring data from my Windows PC or setting up my mail, contacts, calendar, and OneDrive—tools I use daily. So much for Apple’s promise of delivering an “unparalleled customer experience.” In my case, it was Unicorn who delivered on that promise—with empathy, expertise, and genuine customer centricity. Unicorn - Apple Premium sellers is all about selling their products but there after service quality is the worst. Once they sell it, they don’t care about who you are when you’re back for some service. It’s all about sales for them. Each sales person keeps on pushing the person from one to another - but no help. This is one of the worst service centers of Apple. Sajan Sapilde (the Manager) and Soham Pednekar took my phone which is in perfect condition without any scratches and dents and caused a dent post diagonostics and my phone no longer turns on anymore. Now they are asking me to pay 48,000 INR for a replacement for the damage they have caused and a phone which is no longer in working condition.

Rajesh was super helpful and he is a very intelligent man. Though the service centre was closed being a Sunday, Rajesh fixed the phone in micro-seconds. It speaks of his commitment and skill. Best wishes to him. I recommend this place to fix your phone or buy new ones.

Many years ago, my iMac stopped working. During the AppleCare period, the logic board got corrupted, and AppleCare covered the replacement. At that time, a technician came to my home and repaired it. However, after the AppleCare expired, the same issue happened again. This time I had to take my iMac to the service center for inspection. They charged ₹2,000 just for diagnosis and then told me that the logic board was corrupted again and needed to be replaced. They quoted around ₹45,000 for the repair. Considering that a new iMac at that time (around 2013–2014) cost around ₹70,000, it didn’t make sense to spend that much on a repair. Because of this experience, I felt quite disappointed and hesitant about buying Apple products again for a long time.

The reason for giving One Star is, I found small dot dents on my MacBook when i received it from service center. Which is physical damage. This might not be the case with everyone. Otherwise, they took longer than expected. About 7 days to diagnose no problem in my MacBook. Staff behaviour and service is good. Ambiance is good. After their service, there has been minor improvement in performance of my laptop. But highly disappointed with them damaging it.

I recently visited Unicorn, an iPhone reseller, and was disappointed with the service. Some staff seemed unattentive and unhelpful, even when I asked for guidance. I also noticed a discrepancy in prices between their website and shop. They claimed the back cover and glass were complimentary, but it turned out the online price was different from the showroom price due to this 'complimentary' offer, resulting in a ₹2,000 difference. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their service.

Not true to their word. They initially quoted 23k for my old phone after inspection in buy back and after an hour they told me they can give only 16k. Was a waste of my time as i was finalising my other purchases
