Unicorn Apple Store – A Decade of Outstanding Service
I’ve been a loyal customer of Unicorn, Apple’s Premium Partner, for over a decade—and they’ve never let me down. Just yesterday, I purchased an iMac desktop from their Andheri West, Mumbai store. Their service engineer, Mr. Bipin Badeliya, went above and beyond to set it up at my home.
He seamlessly transferred my data folder from a Windows PC to the new iMac, configured all four of my email accounts, set up Microsoft OneDrive, and installed Microsoft 365. Every step was handled with a professional, customer-first approach that truly deserves recognition.
Now, contrast this with my experience at Apple’s own BKC Store. Despite multiple requests, they flatly refused to assist with transferring data from my Windows PC or setting up my mail, contacts, calendar, and OneDrive—tools I use daily.
So much for Apple’s promise of delivering an “unparalleled customer experience.” In my case, it was Unicorn who delivered on that promise—with empathy, expertise, and genuine customer centricity.
Unicorn, you’ve earned my trust once again. Apple BKC, you’ve got some catching up to do.
