I had a great experience at Unicorn Apple Retailer. Recently, I purchased the AirPods 4 with Noise Cancellation, and earlier I bought the iPhone 17 Pro from the same store. Both products are absolutely amazing, and I’m very satisfied with their performance and quality. I also visited their service centre for assistance with my iPhone 14, and the staff guided me properly through the entire process. They explained everything clearly and were very supportive. The team is professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth buying experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to purchase Apple products or get reliable service support.

I recently pre-booked three iPhones at the Unicorn store, including one iPhone 16 and two iPhone 16 Pro Max (top variants). While we received one of the Pro Max phones & other is 16 the experience was far from smooth. The major issue I faced was with the staff’s lack of attentiveness. They barely interacted with customers, offered no proper guidance, and overall seemed disinterested in providing a good customer service experience. When we raised concerns about this, the behavior turned rude, especially from one sales representative. Although the staff did eventually apologize for the situation, particularly the salesperson involved (I won’t mention names as this is a public platform), the damage was already done. It’s disappointing to experience this from an Apple-authorized reseller. I hope they take steps to better train their staff in customer interaction and service, ensuring this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future. This review expresses your experience clearly and constructively.

Excellent Service by Unicorn (Apple Authorised Reseller) I recently got my Apple Watch replaced from Unicorn under AppleCare, and the entire process was super smooth. The staff guided me properly, answered all my queries patiently, and followed up on time without any delay. I received my replacement within just 1 week, which was impressive. I had a very negative experience with Sharda's staff regarding a phone exchange. They attempted to mislead me with varying prices, which they later attributed to an app glitch. Despite my phone being free of scratches, they pressured me to report scratches, claiming it was a precaution against potential transit damage. This suggests that customers are expected to bear the cost of their potential negligence.

Very bad Experience there have special trained engineers who don't know what have I'm there service center.

Mr Kiran guided me well and made my purchase journey easy. In all a great experience.

Worst store ever at Unicorn store in Capital Mall. They say they are providing free tempered glass, Cover and Power bank with iPhone 15 and the tempered glass they are providing is not at all useful and they give lame excuses saying it is Apple authorised. Worst experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Unicorn Store in Capital Mall. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping or even providing basic information about the products. Their attitude made me feel as if I was asking for something for free instead of being a paying customer. It’s disheartening to walk into a store expecting assistance and instead feel unwelcome and ignored. I hope the management looks into this and trains the staff better in customer service and basic courtesy.
