The service at the store was not satisfactory. When I visited two days ago, I was informed about certain offers, but when I visited again today, the information was completely different. This inconsistency was quite disappointing. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was not professional, and the manager displayed a very rude attitude. The overall customer experience was not up to the mark. I request you to kindly look into this matter and improve the service quality and staff behavior at the Wagholi store.

I had somewhat a sour experience when I visited the store to enquire about iphone 17 device. I was attended by a lady who was not at all interested in assisting me. In few minutes she left me without providing the details and I was left stranded whether the store wants to sell me the product or not. I waited for few more minutes but no one bothered to check if I was visiting for some product and had to leave empty handed. No doubt people are moving towards online stores instead of offline to avoid such embarrasing situations
