We recently purchased a product from this branch. While the purchase itself was smooth, the overall customer support experience was disappointing. The staff assisting us was constantly jumping between customers despite other staff being present. I understand that the management might acknowledge that for premium purchases, customers expect attentive guidance and reassurance before making a decision, and this rushed approach made the experience feel inattentive and difficult to commit to. The bigger issue was the handling of whatsapp migration from Android to iPhone. After a few failed attempts, the staff became dismissive and insisted our Android device was “too old” for migration. We eventually left disappointed, only for the migration to work perfectly later when I tried again at home. For customers switching from Android to iPhone, data migration is a major concern, and the lack of willingness to help with something so important was genuinely disappointing, especially since other Apple branches in Ahmedabad have been far more supportive in our experience. Special shout-out to the staff at the Palladium branch for always being attentive and customer-focused! Would recommend over this branch.
