You can find most Apple products here, and the store is quite spacious with a wide selection on display. The staff is generally attentive and helpful. However, the person at the reception was unexpectedly rude and kept asking me to wait while being engaged in a casual conversation. Overall, it’s still a good place to visit if you’re looking for authorised Apple products.

One of the worst store I have experienced,they kept my phone for almost 3 months. The issue with my phone was my display... for replacement I went they told me they charge 35k for screen replacement. And for further information we contacted the iPhone main office they dealt with our issue patiently . But this ppl literally kept my phone for almost and lastly they didn't do any kind of service and charge me 1500 for data sheet but my phone didn't even got repaired even after sending it to Bangalore centre for other reasons. Guys they charge simply, the employees of the store specially the support staff isn't good. They have their own time to handle issues. They don't guide properly even to customers. So please be aware of what you buy and what you get repaired from the store

Let me be unequivocally clear: My experience at this "Authorized" Service Centre was not merely disappointing; it was a total, systemic failure and a monumental waste of my time. I traveled 80 KILOMETERS—a 160 km round trip—for a straightforward iPhone 14 Pro battery replacement, only to be met with the most stunning level of incompetence and staff negligence I have ever encountered in a professional setting. I was held captive in your waiting area from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM (THREE HOURS). This was not a delay; this was an act of organizational negligence. For three consecutive hours, your staff demonstrated zero initiative, zero transparency, and zero concern for my schedule. They were actively uncooperative, stone-faced, and performed a dereliction of their basic duty to provide updates. The final insult? After this contemptuous delay, I was informed that the replacement could not be done that day—information that should have been communicated immediately, saving me the preceding three hours and the entire 160 km journey. This service center is not merely understaffed; it is fundamentally broken. It operates with an absolute disrespect for the customer's time, proving that the staff and management have no concept of efficiency or accountability. You successfully wasted a significant portion of my day and vast resources for an appointment that was doomed from the start. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Their operation is a stain on the Apple service reputation.

I visited the Apple Store to check if service was available for my iPad, which has issues with the home button, password, and lock/unlock functions. Once it runs out of charge, it becomes very difficult to turn it on. There were two other customers with their iPads as well, but instead of checking any of our devices, the service staff simply refused to even look at them. The person attending us had a dismissive attitude and kept saying it “can’t be serviced” and that we’d have to buy a new one. The service was very slow, unhelpful, and disappointing. I expected at least a basic diagnosis or explanation before being told to replace my device. Very poor customer service and attitude — definitely not what I’d expect from an Apple Store.

The only apple authorised store in goa, fixed and replaced my iPhone 14 battery in less than an hour, thanks to their superfast tech team, highly recommended for people who want genuine apple products and service 🙌🏻

This is the best apple care store i have ever been to, not only in Goa but in the whole country. They actually understand the problem and try solve it instead of just answering like robot. I never had such good experience with apple care. I think people should come to this apple care even if you are in any corner of the country.

Oh well.....!!!! I recently visited the service centre for my iPhone.......and i can happily say that the staff is very very polite and helpful...... you can begin with the guy at the counter,is very good in his business of greeting you and quick enough to take your apple device in their custody...... rest about the repair stuff,they finished it with unmatched skill and in professional way...... moving forward,the parts are 100% genuine as it is an Apple Authorised Service Centre.... absolutely hassle free and satisfying experience i must say......

I recently had my iPhone repaired at the Unicorn Store, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They quickly assessed the issue with my device and clearly explained the repair process and the associated costs. Very slow service, not good to understand... Only time pass. Don’t buy Apple products. When you buy a new product, they will create service and warranty cases... Then, when you go for repair, they will loot you by taking a lot of money. A 1 lakh PC — after 6 months when I went for repair, they charged 45,000. This is open looting, please don’t buy Apple products. Whereas a normal repair shop can fix it for just 700 rupees. Please don’t buy Apple 📱. Big scammer 😞 😞 😞 😞 😧 😞 😧 😧

I am new in South Goa and my phone got some display problem, I did know if I'll get any authorised service centre here, but to be honest I found the best one, even better then other cities, staff here is very polite and good. They listens to you carefully and try and help as much as possible. Explain the things properly and solve the problem also very professionally. Very less waiting time. My experience was more than very good. Keep up the good work.

The store's service staff Definitely needs to learn some decency, just because it's the only store in Goa doesn't mean u don't even cater to people's needs. Do listen to people's grievance, don't just make them stand there , some come from Far, not just for you to say that "we can't do anything", without even touching the device.

The service center staff is really not interested in providing any details. But yes when you go.to.purchase the sales team will do everything to upgrade you for the product but the service center staff really dont care about the urgency. Online apple support ticket says delivery done by 6th but the store people keep saying delayed delayed. Really Pathetic.

Had real bad experience visiting this store recently. In spite of taking the online appointment for battery replacement for my i-phone 12 and having the battery in stock, I was informed casually by the person in charge that the technician is not available and to come on next day. It’s really absurd having driven 35-40km to reach the store to get this response. What’s the value of time you give to customers? I request ppl to call up and confirm even if u have appointments.. The trade in options for new mobiles are also not satisfactory..could not get the vibe of customer satisfaction after meeting the store ..Owner need to take seriously to train your team to handle the customers to full satisfaction.. Feeling sorry for visiting this place in between my tight schedule…

Very rude staff of the service department I went to claim the warranty of my iPhone 15 Coz the speaker wasn’t working. the phone was jst 3 months old and under warranty. Their staff was behaving as if they are doing a favour for me by repairing my phone. Very bad experience. Would never suggest this place ever

Very bad service by this store. They don’t even receive calls nor they give update about the product given for Cervice. They say 3 to 4 working days it will take but now its almost 8 days they have not updated nor the called me or they receive call. Very bad service. I will not recommend this place to anyone for apple product service.

I purchased a Mac M2 laptop from Reliance, Porvorim. Shockingly, on the very next day, I faced a hinge issue — the laptop wasn’t closing properly. I reported it to Reliance, and they directed me to the Unicorn store at Margao. When I visited, instead of providing a proper solution, the team casually told me to “use it as it is.” This is completely unacceptable. They didn’t even take my issue seriously and brushed it off by saying, “it happens with everyone.” Imagine being told that for a brand-new Apple device worth lakhs! I had requested a replacement since it was only 3 days after purchase, but they flatly denied it. Such poor service and lack of responsibility are disappointing, especially from an authorized Apple service provider. 👉 My humble request to anyone purchasing Apple products in Goa: if you ever face issues, avoid going to Unicorn Margao. They are not capable of handling or fixing such problems, and you’ll only end up wasting your time.
