I purchased a Mac M2 laptop from Reliance, Porvorim. Shockingly, on the very next day, I faced a hinge issue — the laptop wasn’t closing properly. I reported it to Reliance, and they directed me to the Unicorn store at Margao.
When I visited, instead of providing a proper solution, the team casually told me to “use it as it is.” This is completely unacceptable. They didn’t even take my issue seriously and brushed it off by saying, “it happens with everyone.” Imagine being told that for a brand-new Apple device worth lakhs!
I had requested a replacement since it was only 3 days after purchase, but they flatly denied it. Such poor service and lack of responsibility are disappointing, especially from an authorized Apple service provider.
👉 My humble request to anyone purchasing Apple products in Goa: if you ever face issues, avoid going to Unicorn Margao. They are not capable of handling or fixing such problems, and you’ll only end up wasting your time.
