Extremely poor service and complete waste of time
Visited Unicorn (Apple Authorised Service Provider) for a Lightning charger issue that is still under warranty. What should have taken minutes turned into a 2-hour wait.
There were only TWO employees at the service desk, and the service speed was painfully slow. Each customer was taking 45 minutes or more, while others were left sitting with no updates, no explanation, and no concern for our time. Absolute mismanagement.
This place clearly does not care about customer experience. Understaffed, inefficient, and disorganised. For an Apple-authorised service provider, this level of service is embarrassing.
If you value your time, avoid this service centre unless you’re ready to lose half your day for a simple warranty check.
