Wonderful experience. Staff is fully equipped with knowledge and tools. Exactly the same experience what Steve Jobs mentioned in his Biography that customers would have when visiting Apple stores. Particularly Prateek and Amita are great ones there.

Store staff has behavioural issues. No respect for the customer whatsoever. This is the only store that asks for a recorded video to be sent to them for student discount. If you ask them who'll be responsible if it is misused, they have no answer but to be offended by it. Asking for videos of female customers for student discount is insane. Unicorn should be ashamed of their practices.

I would have given a 5 star if they would have let me keep the box as it is. They have this so called stupid activation policy according to which,"phone activate hokar jaaega", if you guys want the IMEI number take it from the box, if i want a mint condition box that means the only option i have is to go to apple official retail stores, because idk where these guys are procuring their phones that they don't believe in the display or phone condition. I bought the phone for my sister and opening a brand new apple product is an experience in itself, but they won't understand because they ruined it for her. Grow a spine and have better customer service if a customer is stressing on the fact that they don't want to open the box then let them have it. Consumer is literally doomed.

I submitted my MacBook at Unicorn Chandigarh on 3rd October and they have still not returned it after almost a month! Every time I call, they give a new excuse — first “part not available,” then “technician not available.” They keep extending the delivery date again and again. They don’t respond properly, don’t give a proper timeline, and don’t even return the money. This is the worst and most irresponsible service center I’ve ever seen. Strongly NOT recommended. Apple should take strict action on this place!

Rude and unprofessional behaviour Staff here act like they’re doing you a favour by selling you an iPhone. They insist on buying AppleCare+ or tempered glass worth 3500/- and behave arrogantly if you refuse. Totally not the kind of experience you expect from an Apple-authorized store.
