Horrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional Staff & Manager
Absolutely disgusted by the customer service at Apple Unicorn Camp (MG Road). I went there to get my iPhone battery replaced, hoping for a genuine fix. But after the replacement, the battery health was just as bad as before—no improvement at all. What’s the point of replacing a battery if it performs exactly like the old one?
Later, I got a call from Apple Services asking about my experience. I clearly told them that the battery was still not working well. The person casually brushed it off, saying he speaks to a lot of customers and doesn’t remember my case. How careless and unprofessional can you be?
But the worst part was dealing with the so-called “manager,” Mr. Sumit Dhaure. He was dressed casually, had absolutely no sense of professionalism, and spoke to us in a rude, arrogant, and disrespectful manner. When I asked him what to do now and whether I should format my phone or try something else, he replied, “It’s your wish, do whatever you want.”
Seriously? Is that how a manager speaks to a customer who just paid for a battery replacement and is still facing issues?
To add insult to injury, right after I left the store, my speaker stopped working—something that was functioning perfectly before. This place has not only failed to fix my issue but possibly made it worse.
Avoid this place at all costs. The service is pathetic, the staff is clueless, and the manager is shockingly rude and unfit for customer-facing responsibilities. If you care about your device and your money, do NOT trust this service center.
