Recently bought Mac Book Neo from the store. Had an extraordinary experience with staff and billing. Mayur in an extremely professional store manager.I had trouble with my payment, he was very patient and understanding and guided me with the purchase. They gave me the best price possible even compared to e-commerce sites. Also Rohit from the team delivered the product to my home and helped me in the store too. Very disappointing experience at the Apple Store. The executive showed no interest in assisting customers and seemed more focused on their phone than providing service. This level of customer care is unacceptable, especially from a brand known for its premium experience. Extremely poor service overall.
