Union bikes (Sonari)

Bad experience. No waiting room/lounge. It was closed. Takes lot of time for servicing. ASP taken , but very poor response. At the time of selling ASP, big promises and prompt service to be done. Very disappointing attitude. Vehicle no JH05DP1388 9.11.25

First of all no proper waiting lounge.. No Ac or insufficient cooling. Excessive time taking for even preventive maintenance. Customer should be welcome heartily just not like formalities . Need to focus on overall quality service and performance. Extra happiness of customer takes to more heights...

Below average experience. Mechanic hardly had any knowledge about the bike he was working on.

Very good behaviour of employee and managers. Big facilities for maintenance.

Very Bad bevhaviour Today. Abusive languages used... Never face such issue in association with Hero Service Centre for last 8 years... This is not expected from HERO SERVICE CENTRE SONARI

Good team of mechanics, not very crowded, helpful people at service desk. Only problem is it takes a lot of time.

My own service experience is verry good but there is one problem some important parts of hero hunk jh05ac 1358 150cc bike parts are not available in union service center sakchi jamshedpur state jharkhand and even I have contacted in depo of hero sonari jamshedpur they are telling me the same issues parts are not available without important parts bike can't be service but chandan kumar machanic in sackhi service is highly skilled machenic that he easily tackels the major and minor problems and the former machenic was also verry nice his name is M D shabbir. I want to say to hero moto corp that please provide the proper auto parts of Kv/kve series like st coil / booter coil, tail panel,chain cover, footrest of left and right side, engin parts switches. etc I hope hero will sure take step about it

Bike service is this service center is very good and seriously.but labour cost is very high.are you instal any parts( ex -cluch plate).195 labour cost and servicicing 384.

Servicing of my scooter was fine nothing to say against the sevice centre.everyone's of the service center is very cordial and friendly behaviour pleased the customer.

Good place for Hero two wheeler service. The staffs work nicely and also they guide new customers quite well.

In my point of view ,this is best hero service centre .because it provide best service quality.and people are too coperative ..u must try out servicing here

Worst Service Center, unprofessional employees don't know how to react with customers , insulting the name & fame of HERO brand, only they will say please take AMC card,once you will fall in prey after that you will have to Run after them for parts & Service, overall worst employees.

Very bad behavior by the staff, they do not do anything, they just wash the vehicle and return it, no one has experience of working, Better get the vehicle work done from outside.
