A nice place. I loved the store, the service, the variety of products, and especially the sales. It’s a beautiful, wonderful store—it’s hard not to fall in love with it; what’s more, it’s hard to leave empty-handed, because you just want to buy everything.

Là à notre grand étonnement impossible de faire l’échange au prétexte que c’est une collection spéciale. C’est parfaitement absurde car il ne s’agissait que de changer la taille . Nous avions prévu d’autres achats mais devant cette politique anti commerciale nous avons préféré dépenser notre argent à une autre adresse.

Got a online order there, pick is on the 2nd floor with the cashier and if you to do a return of them you can’t (for online orders) you can only exchange your items on the second floor cashier as well. Also love the sale items here. Keep an eye out!

Sort of a limited selection here, but has a lot of the main popular items. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The store is slightly cramped and it’s hard to navigate the aisles when it’s crowded. Love the automated checkout system. Wish they had more UT collaboration items. Also would be great if they would take online returns.

I have been a Uniqlo customer for years but I will never go back. I tried to return some Christmas presents that did not fit my wife with all of the tags still on but they would not accept the return without a receipt, despite the fact that the clothes obviously came from Uniqlo and were brand new. I will never shop here again.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I was walking out with my newly purchased clothing and politely asked where I could throw away the wrappers. Instead of offering help, the employee passive-aggressively questioned whether I had even bought the item.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Kristine. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly the entire time. Part 1 Taking the time to shout out Daniel K, store manager at the Newbury St. location! My friend and I were looking for a few items and he went above and beyond to find the sizes we needed in the back and helped my friend order something that was out of stock. He was just so kind, even during such a busy time in the store. Part 2 I had the pleasure of being helped by Daniel K at Uniqlo, and he and his team were truly phenomenal. Daniel was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to help us find the right sizes, offering suggestions and making sure we felt comfortable with everything. His genuine care, along with the team’s support, made our experience feel enjoyable. I highly recommend Daniel and his team, they really make a difference!

Great deals this weekend we grabbed a few sweaters very nice funky store but beware a lot of traffic here lots of people but I enjoyed myself

It was my first time visiting the store and quite unsure of where the stuffs are placed, glad that Kristine is very accommodating! She assisted us with the items and even help us in the self checkout counter. Kudos!

I went in yesterday to find jeans for my teenaged daughter who is short for her age. Not only did she find styles she loved, I learned that basic alterations are free, and we’re ready that day! For the first time since she was a little girl she has jeans that fit her perfectly. The employees are so nice and very friendly. We were helped out by Emily and she was so kind and patient. We will be back for sure.

Store is sometimes a little messy but it’s a busy location. I think it’s probably as much chaos for the employees as it is for shoppers. Not really anyone’s fault.

Great place to shop during this holidays, the staff was very helpful, we were help by Kristine. She was very knowledge about the products that were offered in the store and recommended great choices for the family.

Good prices on comfortable clothing for all kinds of weather. Heat tech turtles necks are a must have for New England Winters. Dec 2021, still the best down vests.

His products are wonderful and their quality is excellent. I like the various materials and the many designs. All the products captivate you to own them.
