The owner went above and beyond to help my senior citizen relatives by sending a technical expert to their residence on an urgent basis. This level of customer service is truly rare and commendable. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to assist in times of need make them stand out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for not just mobile products but also exceptional service!

Very good shop & selling the reasonable Price 💯

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! I had the misfortune of purchasing a second-hand phone from Unique mobile and was utterly scammed! Despite assurances of "very good condition" and "thorough checks before keeping for sale," the device turned out to be a lemon. The speaker failed within 2 days, followed by a non-functional display. The shop owner's claims were blatant lies designed to exploit customers. To add insult to injury, I was grossly overcharged for this defective device. Unique mobile's business practices are deceptive, unprofessional, and UNETHICAL. Their lack of transparency and integrity is staggering. In my opinion, this shop is WORSE THAN STREET MOBILE SELLERS, who at least don't pretend to be reputable. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your time or money here. Verify devices thoroughly and research elsewhere.

My phone's screen was not working so I went to unique mobile, I thought it will be costlier case for me but they just did some changes with software and the phone started working without any issue. I thought that I have to spend 2-3 thousands for changing the display of the phone but they saved it. I am very happy with their service.

I have had my issues resolved here a couple of times and it's tough to find a trustworthy review of the actual issue. The people are professional and quick and accurately estimate the problem and fix without overcharging.
