Best manicure service I got so far! Olya, my nail technician did a very good job, she’s very nice too! Shiela welcomed me and my friends warmly, she takes care of all the clients from the very start till end of service. Will definitely be back here.

I had a great experience with Ayagoz. She was extremely gentle and thorough with the nail cleaning—it didn’t hurt at all. The application was flawless, and she fixed my broken nail with so much precision that it looks perfect. Very skilled, professional, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend her!

I had my nails done by Dinaa and she was amazing! Her attention to detail is incredible , she was so patient and really took her time to perfect each nail, even though every design was different. The results were excellent. This is the only place I trust for both my nails and lashes. Highly recommended! 💅✨

Il faut savoir que le salon se trouve dans un building au premier étage. Cette information n’est indiqué nulle part et induit en erreur, j’ai mis beaucoup de temps à trouver l’endroit et j’ai dû demander mon chemin à plusieurs reprises. J’ai entendue une autre cliente se plaindre du même problème. JEMA a fait la pose d’extension gelX sur mes mains, très minutieuse, précise et a le soucis du détail je pense qu’elle est très talentueuse mais elle doit encore s’entraîner pour perfectionner sa pratique. C’est pour cela que je met 2,5⭐️/5. Jema est froide, ne sourit pas et ne parle pas avec le client, j’ai eu l’impression que ma présence dérangeais. C’est peut être parce qu’elle ne parlait pas anglais. Néanmoins à chaque fois que je demandais quelque chose elle semblait contrarié alors je n’ai plus oser rien dire. Je ne me suis pas sentie à l’aise. Concernant la pose, les motifs ne sont pas identique au modèle que j’ai demandé, la base est mal posé on voit à travers le gel rosé en dessous, certaines partie de l’ongle ne sont même pas recouverte de base. Le dessous de l’ongle n’a pas été limer donc il est épais et disgracieux. L’ongle est épais et surtout à l’extrémité. La forme de l’ongle n’est pas homogène sur l’ensemble des doigts. Bref les photos parlent d’elle même. Je vais finalement retirer les faux ongles et trouver une autre professionnelle pour les refaire. C’est vraiment dommage mais cela semble à l’image du prix. Concernant l’accueil, j’ai n’ai pas été très bien accueillie, les secrétaires disent à peine bonjour et ne sont pas souriante. À la fin, elles ont été un peu plus souriante car souhaitais une photo de mes ongles. On m’a fait les éloges du service qualité et de l’accueil de Dubaï mais cela est faux et c’est dommage… En tant que touriste on aimerait avoir un accueil correct et de qualité surtout pour ce genre de prestation payante. Je recommande quand même l’endroit car il y’a de bon avis mais faite attention à la prothésiste qui vas s’occuper de vous, prenez en compte les bon avis avec le nom de la prothésiste pour éviter tout soucis comme le mien.

I love coming here! I was looking for a good & affordable place for so long but I’ve finally found it. I’ve gotten my nails done by both Sofi & Diana and they were so nice. Today I went back and got my nails done by Sofi. They came out super classy, she got the shape perfect and the color is super nice. She also got my cuticles SO clean. Book Sofi!

I had my nails done by Albina, and after a long search for a good nail technician in Dubai, I finally found a true professional who did everything exactly the way I wanted. The work was excellent and clean — she carefully treated my cuticles, shaped my nails just the way I like, and picked the perfect shade for me on the first try. Overall, the experience was truly enjoyable, as she’s very friendly and cheerful, and really lifted my mood. I was so happy to visit the salon and to have had my manicure done by Albina.

Maysa did my nails and they’re absolutely stunning🤩 Everything went smooth and I was really happy with the end result. I gave her an inspo pic and I can’t even tell the difference❤️

Service is really nice and Diana is very professional. The way she handle the service (i did manicure and pedicure) is soo perfect. They take time to every detail which you will really get satisfied with the service ❤️.

Уже больше пол года хожу только в этот салон на ресницы и ногти, очень приятная дружелюбная атмосфера и конечно же качество работы тоже очень хорошее.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, but my recent experiences made me stop. Most of the staff are very unfriendly and never smile, which makes the whole visit uncomfortable. I often feel nervous to ask for simple changes to my nails, which shouldn’t be the case. They also charge for gelish removal every single time, even if the previous gelish was done by them. Most salons in Dubai only charge the first time. On top of that, during my last visit I was charged extra for having two technicians work at the same time, something they never informed me about when booking which other salons offer at no extra cost. The only friendly person there is the receptionist she’s from Philippines. Only good thing about the salon :) I hope the management would take this feedback seriously.

Lovely place and great service! I had Aziza doing my nails and she was amazing and very friendly too. The place is very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and it’s very worth the visit! The price is also very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back!

Today I did my eyebrow micro shading for the first time, and Nargiz did a wonderful job. I am extremely happy with the results. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She truly made my day. Highly recommended!

My mom went in to get her nails done, and the whole experience was just awful. She had to wait almost two hours even though she was just a walk-in — fine, whatever, I get that they were busy. But when they finally took her, they gave her a technician named Nusayba. Her work was slow, sloppy, and honestly disgusting. She didn’t even know how to properly clean up cuticles. To make up for it, the manager/receptionist Sheila stepped in and gave my mom another tech — and honestly, that was the only good part of the experience. Sheila was kind and tried to make things right.
