One of the worst experience I have ever had. Very poor management They will call you at 1pm and you have to wait for 6 hrs for your turn. They will trap you in such a way that you will neither be able to leave nor able to decide what actually you should do. Worst management and they will favour some and others have to wait as per their will.

Good experience. Doctors are humble. Please put an AC in the clinic so that it is comfortable for the patients specially for babies. Thank you.

These people do not value others time , they keep you waiting for long hours 3-4 hours without understanding that obviously patients are coming there , pathetic service , they don’t even accept their mistake , they take the payment in advance and then keep lying . Please search any other alternative.

Worst experience.very poor management and reception.They will call at 3PM and they will make you to wait upto 7pm,they hardly care about your time,the seating arrangement at the reception is very worst with no Ventilation system, suffocation.It hardly matters for them whether you are from kupwara,Islamabad.Can you imagine a 28 day old newborn was timed for 12 Noon,and the doctor arrived at 4:30PM.they kids as patients suffer the most here.please find any other alternative.
