I went to the salon today for a haircut, and I honestly had such a good experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was polite and welcoming. The guy who did my hair clearly knew his job, he was confident, skilled, and very communicative. He kept asking me what I wanted, explained what would suit my hair, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Before this, my hair looked a bit dusty and damaged, but now it looks so much healthier and fresher. He gave me exactly the cut I wanted, and I’m not disappointed at all. It was really nice overall, and I genuinely love how my hair looks now.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I had a proper appointment booked, still I was made to wait for 3 hours. After waiting so long, they simply said that service is not possible today. This is a new salon, but their staff behavior is extremely bad and careless. There is no respect for customers’ time or appointments. Totally disappointed. I will not recommend this salon to anyone.
