Had such a wonderful dinner experience! The chicken fried rice made by Isuru was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and cooked just right. The service by Nuran and Pasindu was excellent as well — very friendly, attentive, and professional. Great food and outstanding service. Highly recommend this place.

Had an excellent dining experience here. Every dish was packed with flavor and made with quality ingredients. The service was warm and efficient-our server checked on us often without being intrusive. The restaurant is clean, well-decorated, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. Prices are fair for the quality you get. Overall, a fantastic place to enjoy a meal, and definitely be Coming back!

Wir mussten viel Zeit bis zu unserem Flug überbrücken und sind hier gelandet! Unser Veggie Burger und Getränke waren sehr lecker! Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Unser Highlight war die Live Musik! Es war ein perfekter Abschluss unserer Reise 😊

Wir haben im Unwind Restaurant unseren letzten Abend auf Sri Lanka verbracht und haben hier eine Shisha geraucht und etwas getrunken. Die Shisha war zugleich die günstigste und die beste auf komplett Sri Lanka ,(und wir müssen es wissen, denn wir rauchen daheim wie die Schlöte :) ). Die ganze Bar ist sehr bunt und schön gestaltet mit viel Holz, Pflanzen und bunten Sitzsäcken. Riesen Empfehlung!

Great place to be after arrival or before destination in colombo! We had a good rest and enjoyed the food a lot before taking off. Great service by Nuran, he made shure that we had a comfortable stay at the restaurant 👍

A great place, staff is really nice and humble. They would go any far to host you and help you. Recommend this place and very near to airport. If you land anytime and want to rest, just consider the place. Ruwin is a great host and helped us a lot times.

The restaurant is perfect. It's new and tastefully decorated. We ordered the devilled chicken and it's one of the best we've eaten in Sri Lanka. Served by young and very attentive people, you can tell they love what they do. Great music too. Especially to Ruwin, thank you for everything. If we're ever in Negombo again, we will definitely come back.

Cenamos allí anoche por casualidad y que genial todo! El sitio super bonito y original, la atención muy buena, super serviciales y muy majos! Cenamos Kottu, Rotti y una hamburguesa, estaba todo muy rico y nada caro! Recomendable 100%! Un saludo desde España chicos! Claudia, David, Maite, Javi y Roberto.

Comida muy cara para lo que ofrecen. Sin sabor. El peor fried rice que he comido durante la estancia en Sri Lanka y los noodles un poco mejor pero muy sosos también. Sitio acogedor y servicio amable. Imagino que con música en directo mejor. La comida no merece la pena, por ese precio en cualquier otro sitio tienes opciones mejores. La parte positiva es que puedes pagar en tarjeta.

This place is truly a hidden gem with a really beautiful atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. When we visited, two guys were playing live guitar music, which was wonderful, although for my taste a little too loud if you want to have a conversation. Still, this spot is something very special and absolutely worth recommending!

Posto davvero unico, ottimo per passare l ultima sera prima di partire o la prima dopo essere atterrati in Sri Lanka. Musica live non invadente, cibo ottimo preparato con cura, personale davvero gentile e disponibile, tutto questo in una location pazzesca, pulita e curata. Consiglio assolutamente.

Location bellissima con entrata geniale! Personale super carino e disponibile, cibo ottimo. Inoltre c è la musica dal vivo che rende l atmosfera davvero speciale! Peccato che non sapevamo che avesse anche le stanze altrimenti ci saremmo fermate, grazie ancora ragazzi!

Heerlijk gegeten bij Unwind! Super mooie locatie en makkelijk te vinden. Voldoende keuze op de kaart, voor ieder wat wils. We zijn super goed geholpen door Ruwin. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens terugkomen!

Erg slechte bediening. Bestelde een biertje en een cola. Na 10 minuten kwamen ze terug zonder drinken en vertelde ze dat ze geen bier koud hadden. Oké dan een extra cola erbij vroeg ik. Kwamen ze eerst alleen met de eerst bestelde cola. Weer na 10 minuten maar gevraagd waar de 2de cola bleef. Uiteindelijk na 30 minuten hadden we allebei wat te drinken. Oja en vergeten te zeggen; wij waren samen met nog een andere tafel, de enige in heel het restaurant. Het eten was prima. Niet slecht niet goed.

The ambience of the place was really good, along with live music. So was the food! We were served by Ruween who is very pleasant to talk to. He gave us advice on the food choices too. A really good place of you're looking to have a good time.

The food arrived quite quickly and they checked if everything was okay! Our waiter Nuran was really nice. We ate the chicken noodles and they were actually amazing! Would recommend

Tato restaurace nabízí příjemné prostředí, které doplňoval krásný hudební podkres,, obsluhou byl milý usměvavý Ruwin 👍 Jídlo bylo super a také jsem ochutnal speciální koktejly. Doporučuji !!

I stayed at Unwind Restaurant and Hostel for one night during my transit, and it was a great experience. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was amazing. Special thanks to Ruwin, who showed me the room and was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also convenient, with restaurants and grocery stores just about 1 km away. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Suggest just go for a juice or smoothie if you're looking for somewhere to relax before a flight. We went for dinner before a flight: Staff were kind and courteous and decor is pretty. Food was very average - bland, lacking fresh ingredients, overpriced - we were perplexed by the other reviews. However, it was a nice relaxing vibe before our flight home with bean bags on the veranda, live music and nice drinks (note, they don’t serve alcohol).
