If you like just living nothing just rest nice area. But no that mach shops restorant if you have kids it's boring difficult there is no have near player area 😕

It's okay because you can get a good villa for a comfortable price, I got a 3 bedroom villa for 150k and the price did go up but the thing is too much trash everywhere and too many stray cats

Edited: If you can survive 28 hours without electricity you can come to the hell. No managment no diesel for generators. No one care for you if you live or die here. Poor area, half of it still under construction, no maintenance no security no lights in the streets, powered by a very bad generators electricity always flickering and shout down for hours, all your electronics will damage, Very bad water very high electricity bills please be aware and never buy or rent here. منطقة سيئة للغاية نصفها غير مكتمل، كهرباء جنيريترات لا توجد صيانة ولا اضاءة بالشوارع ولا سكيورتي، الكهرباء تقطع بالساعات، الماء سيء للغاية.

Very very miserable project, started 2008, till now not completed, more than 13 years, the worst ever investment, snakes, fox, and more reptiles every where, majority of houses have major maintenance problem, like water leaking from no where, rent low: yes cz u have to pay a hight bills, electricity bills rich 3000dhs a month, very dirty place, no security, a lot of labours without any residence visa, refuge for criminals, water full of bacteria, not for human use, come and check it self, forget about promotional videos,

I went to see a few properties with a view to renting in this community, I use the term loosely, as there's literally no community. I was first show a townhouse which is actually very nice, however it sits between the skeletons of buildings that look like they'll never been completed. It overlooks more unfinished construction. There's I then looked at two other places which were better, however the construction and finishing isn't great. You can tell these were designed by men, with zero clue of how things should be. There's barely any kitchen cupboard space, no built-in wardrobes, no bathroom cabinets. The arched windows in some are ugly and barely open. There's no infrastructure within the community. There's rubble, construction waste and rubbish everywhere. The photos posted are not representative of what it actually looks like there. Disappointed to say the least. It's affordable for a reason.

Still under construction. But nice locality away from the hassle noise and disturbance of main city. Good for peace lovers who seek solace in solitude. Very clean and nice air quality, no pollution. Area very pet friendly. Not much shops or restaurants, still coming up. No mall nearby. But overall okay for peace of mind.

Visited the area 2 days back. It was late evening and the streets were completely dark due to the absence of street lights. Could see some lamp posts though. I wouldn't recommended this place for families, at least till they get some lights in place.

Budget class living with independent villa experience. ( Generator power supply )

I came across this ghost town a few days ago It’s really dirty, possibly the dirtiest place I’ve seen in the UAE as a whole - unfinished construction and unsafe roads - out of every 100 houses only 10 are occupied - no street lights at all - children playing on the road, barefoot sometimes. - lots of huge and scary insects that I never saw in my life including snakes - so many haunted houses with old broken furniture outside - mountains of sand and garbage everywhere Responsible people should focus on maintenance, pest control, cleaning and security.

TBH, this place was like everything I've dreamed as a child, all my life I used to be stuck living in buildings, and apartments, when I really wanted to live in a normal house. Thats where I find Ajman uptown. since I entered, I can see a big mess, but I can't complain cuz it's all new to me I loved this area, I used to play outside with my friends every single day, and also had facilities, but wasn't build right... I still hope it completes in time. i really want it to shine again. it's a great place for someone like me living in UAE just for jobs. But the reason why i shifted was because of the electrical problem, but still i felt so free in a year over here. And looking at all these 1-star reviews hurt me a lot, you should be grateful!

It is a quite place and good for pets owners as it is allowed. It is running on generators power supply, so expect a high electricity utility bill. Maintenance is not good and houses have a lot of water leaking issues. If you are looking for some place quite and cheap, but you can handle the high utility bills along with the maintenance hassle then you will like the place.

They are totally irresponsible by behaviour they give the time of 20 mnts but still we wait for 1 hour 20 mnts at last they also misbehaved in call i faced the same problem three time

Cheap houses because you pay for what you get. Very bad quality buildings, low maintenance services... No proper water as the houses all have water tanks which need to be constantly filled up; generators which constantly get switch off for some time during the day and the list is long...

I visited here to find the apartment for rent. Pros: Cheap and affordable villa, silent area. Cons : no power connection from fewa, only diesel generators thus costing huge electricity bill as per tenants there. Quality of villa is not upto the mark, no shops to buy essential goods.
