This is really pathetic place. There is guy don't know his name. He always wear bell bottom jeans . He charges different price to other people and different to others. the owner should keep eye on him very bad vibes for customers . Alarm for the owner make him understand to stop this.

Very pathetic service .When we order an item they will initially say the said item is available and after half an hour they will call and inform delivery time is over. We have faced this same issue a couple of times but still they are not sorry about it and repeating it again and again

This is to all RBC Residents I am super disappointed as I have been in the Building almost 4 years. I always go down to get what I need and never order.. On December 8th I ordered an item of which I paid cash. The young man had no change and I told him ok put the credit on my apartment no problem Ill get it when you have change. For me the change was in safe hands after all it was only 8 aed. I actually forgot about it but i assumed liked the previous owner, it would be ok .I went down today to buy an item and it was 7.50 aed, so I asked to take it from my credit and they all looked at me with such surprise. so no money back. Take your change right away and don't assume they are honest. its only 8aed but its the point of the matter. now they say they need to check the cameras? for what? I am 57 yrs old why would i tell a story. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CHANGE!!! SHAME ON YOU UPTOWN!!! Never going Back

Extremely poor service, the shop owner and the people in- charge are thugs. Especially when you ordering online, they usually bring the wrong order and then forcefully make you pay for that order. Avoid this place, there are better shops around the vicinity offering much better customer experience !
