I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for quite some time and have experienced different levels of service from various sales assistants. On March 8th, I spent over 1,000 AED here, and at that time, there was a promotion where you’d get a 150 AED voucher for every 500 AED spent. The sales assistant who helped me back then was a male staff member who was extremely patient and attentive. He not only explained the rules for using the voucher but also taught me how to use the store’s points platform, Tickit, to accumulate points that I could use on my next purchase. I really appreciate his excellent service. Today, I came back to use the points and vouchers I earned last time, but the two staff members working today left me very disappointed. The first one, a female staff member, seemed unfamiliar with the store’s policies, as if she hadn’t been properly trained. She didn’t even know how to search for a customer’s name in the system. The second had a really bad attitude — completely opposite to the excellent service I experienced on March 8th. Before I paid, I specifically asked how to accumulate points and how to use Tickit. The male staff member told me that the points would be added automatically after payment. However, after I paid, I noticed that no points had been added. When I asked him again, he said I had to use the same card linked to the app. I told him that he never clearly explained this rule from the beginning. Instead of acknowledging this, he turned around and blamed me, saying, “How would I know you have multiple cards?” I responded by saying, “If you had clearly mentioned that I needed to use the same card, why would I intentionally use a different one and miss out on the points?” Yet, he kept blaming me for several minutes. When I finally got upset and started feeling really uncomfortable, he pulled me aside to explain the rule again. I’ve spent at least 4,000 AED at this store, and I can’t believe this is the kind of attitude I received. I’ve even recommended this store to many of my friends who love streetwear brands. I believe you really need to manage your staff better. Having a good attitude is essential. I can’t believe their first reaction was to blame the customer. If customers are expected to know everything, why even have sales assistants? Why not let customers handle everything themselves? I hope the management seriously looks into this issue.

Wouldnt come here for the photobooth, Came here to take a photo with my partner only for the Camera Angle to be broken. Told the staff and since they dont own it, couldn’t do anything about it. Id check with the staff moving forward if it works before paying for a waste of time

You advertise the discounts all over and by the time you have selected some clothes, none of them were discounted. It was absolutely misleading. Lots of advertisement for only a few discounted products.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your store and had an unpleasant experience that I feel is important to share. While checking out, the cashier scanned an item and the price showed up lower than expected—most likely because it had been on sale previously. However, instead of clarifying the situation openly, the cashier acted in a way that appeared intentionally deceptive, trying to quickly cover up the price difference. I found this behavior quite unprofessional and disappointing. As a customer, I value transparency and honesty in service, and this experience made me uncomfortable and less confident in the store’s practices. Got scammed by their photobooth. The staff did not bother to inform or put a sign saying that the credit card option is not working properly. It deducted my money but I could not take photos. When I asked the staff they mocked me and said your money is gone and i need to contact the Photo Booth company. Still haven’t received the refund it’s been more than a month. Will not be visiting this store ever again.

The Russian lady behind the cashier desk was horrible. If you can’t smile and you answer your clients that spend their money in the store in a rude way, you shouldn’t be working in the front. You should be working somewhere out of sight.

Recently visited Urban Outfitters in Dubai Mall and had a wonderful shopping experience! The store has a fantastic variety of trendy clothing, accessories, and home décor items. The vibe is modern and creative, and the photobooth inside adds such a fun touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Dubai Mall for unique and stylish finds!

Before I bought clothes in this shop.That time the experience about selecting and purchasing was good.Later my friend got a wide300 camera in this shop,and I tried this one,I really like it.So recently I found many shops but I can’t buy,all sell out.I called many times to your shop for this camera,and I told that if you had plz keep for me 2 or 4 pcs.And even I went to your shop last Friday,because a lady told me,if I wanted it,I just go your shop check by myself🙂.That’s why I went,but unfortunately no stock.Everytime when I call you,you told me shipment will come,maybe 2 days,let me call you back after 2 days,so I call many times,ok?I don’t why today the first time you picked up the call,and I said hello you directly cut.when I tired to call the second time,you told me let me just find online,because you don’t have stock now,but before you said let me call you today🙂if I can find online,why I need call you many times?Finally,I am sorry for disturbing,and as a customer,I really feel bad🙃

Excellent range of clothes. A huge shout out to Pyae who was helping out at the changing room station. Seeing me waiting for my daughter trying out the endless range of clothes they have, she actually went out of her way to get me a stool to sit on. Thank you Pyae.. It is staff like you who makes shopping an even more enjoyable experience for us moms. Thank you.
