It is the worst corporate building you can find Example: Extremely smelly toilet no proper maintanance And don't expect the to do any and all type of maintanance. There could be no water for toilets. No soap for hand wash or expect both if you are lucky at the same time. The lifts are even not maintained. There is massive power shortage in that building specially on Friday and Sunday but don't think there is power shortage only on these days power cutts could be any day and any time just these two days are special you can expect maximum number of cuts on these days specially. There could be water leaks from roofs. Fall seiling broke down. And they are very good at enforcing you to pay for the parking fees because there is body builder body guards standing with security guards. And receptionist gives you very deep thaughts like my bike parking was life time free on one time payment but they stopped that pass when we talked to receptionist that how can you stop the life time free pass even for those who already have it so she politely said sir there is no guarantee of human life we gonna awake tomorrow or not so building department thought to stop it so we did and there is nothing we can do now.

Their is always construction going on in office area which is very irritating ,they don't know ,this is office place and people need focus and need to attend meetings here. I have been dealing with this from long months -once construction is going in building then some back area now here. I genuinely feel people working in UTC is not educated to understand basics and no work is done in time either its maintenance or they donot help people who-already have rented the place for their office .This is worst place in noida for office .

3 Star for location... Rest need to be done post the construction completed and possesion done... Right now retail part being given possession in some towers from floor 1st to 4th... Rest have uploaded the pics of the campus check those out... Oh yes it is close proximity to the highway and has Jaypee hospital within 2kms is sharing it's wall with Delhi Public School sector 132 Noida... Connectivity may be something to lookup for, self driven will not have much challenge but on public transport system ... Needs to be thought through

Everything is good.. just lift is slightly late but I don't care. Because my office I am on lower floor so I use staircase whenever I don't feel like waiting.

Lack of Maintenance issues,... not proper ready to use till April 2023

This building's experience is the worst and I will lay down all the reasons for the companies who are considering due to its cheap rent, think twice. Arrive 15 minutes earlier than usual due to the lifts woes which will surprise you each time and it is not a guarantee that you will reach your floor even after 15 minutes, maybe if you choose to take stairs. The water, it is ok to recycle water and a disclaimer for its yellow color but what is not okay to have go through your ROs in the office. The restrooms, are a little better than the sauchalays you have gone in public in appeal but the smell would not make you feel any difference. Here the facility management is not a category which exits because they believe a building runs on its own. The F&B in place has improved recently but it is still a downer. I suggest spend more to be at a place where your employees look forward coming to the office and not dread every visit they make.

Worst service : 1) Lift doesn't work properly and the emergency contact number is just for showing. Nobody picks the call at the time of emergency. 2) Washroom is always dirty, no cleaning, no handwash nothing. 3)Tap water is not clean. It is always yellowish in color. 4)AC is also not working. In short it sucks......

Worst place, 0 maintenance support from anyone for anything. Lift sucks a lot, automatically stops on different floors, people stuck in lifts but no resolution from maintenance because these maintenance people did not answer the calls. I am sure these people will face something terrible due to their behaviour leading to someone loss of their life or money.

The worst commercial property in this municipality presents substandard maintenance. The facilities are compromised, with stinking and insufficiently supplied washrooms, slow and disruptive elevator operations, limited options for internet service providers due to a monopoly, ineffective air conditioning, unanticipated water leakage from the roof, and restricted access to electric meters as a result of prescribed protocols. If you attempt to contact the maintenance team, they may not answer the phone or respond as if nothing has happened. Suggestion: Please think twice, thrice or several times before buying or renting this property.

Unprofessional management services, My office is here i am handling admin part no one response , Receptionist not picking calls ,They didn't know regarding payments, complaints or even contact number is not working given on site, Info mail id no one response. They do not value their tenants, Please do not buy office here. You feel good and supportive in starting time only , after some time they didn't guide you and such irresponsible management i have never seen in my whole life. I want to connect to higher authority but no number or details given for that. 1.AC is not cooling itslike yoou follow up but they didnt care/2. No transport is avaibale even uber ola denies so many time/ 3.Their maintaining is really bad/4.water is dirty and yellowish. such a worst experience.

Pathetic Management and Services. Never stands on their commitment and the people having their office in the building are of least priority to them. No grievance redressal or on time rectification of any issue. The employee in management or office are highly ill mannered.

Nice little and big office space. Many offices have now opened up. It even has a nice gym and parking is readily available.

The place and location are very good. Even the building looks good. But management and responsiveness from builder side is very unprofessional. They are also non-responsive to calls and emails. That makes things really difficult.

Very very poor service.. we are having two office in Urbtech Trade Centre sector 132… In this hot… there AC is not working from last almost 1 month… They do not provide any point of contact or any escalation matrix to get support. Management team always not available. I would never recommended to choose urbtech for your business offices.

Nice View, Ok place for office space. It will be good place once it's fully operational with a large no. of office It's good location for who has Self-transportion, but it is difficult for people who use public transport.
