Personally in our experience, they were always there for us and were very transparent about their outlook, pricing and the overall outcome expectations for our theater depending upon our budget. At the end of the day, customer service and support is very important as much as the products and their availability as per our budget constraints. We felt that it is an understatement to say that they are one of the best consultants who really take care, appreciate the finer details and the taste of the customer. It may look like I am overstating but in reality, they are experienced and thorough professionals who deal with great brands. Once we visit and meet them, then we could see how well they get connected with the taste and aspirations of the customer and working in line with it to achieving a true theatrical experience at their home. It is not some mere 5.1 or some scattering of speakers around the room walls is what I am talking about. Room treatment, algorithms and analysis of them come first. It is a science and Mr. Magesh is an expert in this. Although, we are extremely happy and satisfied with them, don't take our word for it and please visit and experience them for yourself in person. After seeing several reviews i felt like changing the review. Here Owner always say that if customer cannot meet money expectations they put negative reviews. Boss Indian market is like that and for your information i took Polk 5.1.2 setup before with given price but your attitude and way of talking is absolutely not good at that time as well. What ever negative reviews people have mentioned is absolutely true.. they take or dont take still the behaviour and approach matters. I also didnt feel like taking it but ignored owner and took it as sales person was good .

Thank you USK for servicing my Denon AVR 1612 (2012 model) and as offering a setup at my home. I still get the same vibe when I visited their store back in the year 2012 when I got my this Amp and Polk tsi300 speakers. I think they are the BEST in the town when it comes to home theatre.

Excellent customer service. I have purchased yamaha AV receiver vx585 and polk audio TL1600. I have got better deal than Amazon or any e retail. More than the pricing, it gave me peace of mind and confidence that the product that I get is sealed, imported and 2020 model. All the cables during installation are premium and technician was prompt on time and very knowledgeable. Overall I am extremely happy and will let you know after a month about my experience post usage.

After sales service is extremely poor and disappointing. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, they say they are sending someone to fix the system, but don't. No point buying a sound system from these people because you can't utilise half of the features because of poor setup. Their technicians aren't even trained properly and have no response when asked simple questions about features of a Denon amplifier.
