Not a good Experience we demand karahi and they serve Korma In a bowl Not worthy and there rogni naan is disgusting like naan from yesterday No clothes on the table no neat Chairs in ki plates bht purani glass same nhi thay jesay local tent services walon k bartan hty totally bad experience not recommended. And they don't give us Computerized bill Tax say bachnay k liye.

Usmania Restaurant was one of the pioneer dining spots in Murree. Initially, it maintained a great standard, but over time, the ambiance has been somewhat neglected. The crockery is stained and worn out, which takes away from the overall experience. That said, the food is still good. I ordered the Alfredo pasta not exceptional, but acceptable. The soup was served warm and felt perfect for the rainy weather. Brain masala remains my all time favorite, and the handi was a treat for the taste buds. Overall, a good experience just hoping they focus a bit more on maintaining the atmosphere and presentation.

While the restaurant staff was generally responsive and polite, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible signs of neglect that affected comfort. Additionally, the food, though served on time, was undercooked and lacked proper seasoning. These issues overshadowed the few positives and suggest a need for better management and quality control. A more consistent focus on hygiene and food preparation is essential to meet basic hospitality standards.

It is one of oldest and most reliable restaurants on mall road with great view of mall No doubt i have some concerns regarding their cleanliness, as washrooms are extremely dirty Their taste is always reliable and up-to mark, far far better than many other restaurants

My experience was a pleasant surprise! From the ambiance to the food, everything was perfect. The service by the manager and servers was also very polite and respectful. Do ask for Basharat when you go. We had their brain masala on day one and tawa qeema mutton on day 2. Everything was on par. Planning on having breakfast tomorrow too. Must visit!

It was a lunch time when were craving for a good lunch so went to this restaurant and enjoyed their Usmania special chicken steak and Chicken Handi with Naan. Food was good in quantity and quality but the ambiance was very average even flies were here and there around our table.

The hotel was not clean at all. It had a weird smell. There was fungus on the curtains the bed had bed bugs. The washroom was not clean at all there was no water. Electricity was not reliable at all. Restaurant was good though

The hotel was below par. The tablecloths on almost all tables were dirty. We ordered chicken karahi and beef kebabs — the chicken in the karahi seemed hard and likely recooked, while the kebabs tasted below average. The salad also appeared dry and old. They provided a handwritten bill without listing any items, so you practically have to play a guessing game to verify your order. They don’t accept cards and only take cash, while adding a 15% tax without any proper billing or explanation. On top of that, they also charge service charges separately, which should be optional. It’s surprising that the FBR hasn’t inspected or fined them yet. The only positive was their service.

Thia place provides an environment for short time gathering with friends and family and for a bit of refreshments while travelling Its most precious thing is its cleanliness and maintenance. Sometime its managment gets out of order when there is a large gathering of people. This place is suitable for Tourists. Its taste and food quality is also very good. Sometimes it is so filled up that visitors have to wait For several hours for there turn.

Always a choice to have food here whenever coming to Mall road Murree. It same old Usmania food taste we love. We're coming here sine 3 generations!

Visited last week. The soup was good but here was too much chicken in it. Chicken Tikka was just average. Had A Rogani Nan which was not good it was just breaking; when I complained they brought new one but same. The prices are reasonable and ambiance of the place is cozy

Even though Umania restaurant is a try to copy the Usmania restaurant and catch their customers. But it is fascinating that a big Yes towards their call. They have thousands time better ambience, food, service, staff and reasonable prices. I really loved the atmosphere in the cold weather with my family.

Very bad experience Food test very bad I order biryani and chicken steam both are very bad worst experience. Not recommended

Big space, lots of menu options, food seems fresh. The staff misheard our request and came back with a full chicken roast, did not really believe they misheard us. Food came in time. Options felt limited for a big group but still good food.

They are charging 7percent service without informing customer then upon confronting they show a small print on the menu card. They also stealing both FBR and PRA tax by not issuing POS receipt. Toilet are dirty, food is served cold from frozen. Drinking water is in recycle bottle black PET plastic Do go there. Authorities should seal them and FBR and PRA should audit them.

Its a better option both for families and individuals because they have variety of dishes of normal food to special ones. Have huge Hall and seating arrangement. Prices are also economical. Chicken massala was enough for three persons. Their quantity is more than ordinary hotels. I liked it.
