I recently visited Usmanpura Imaging Centre in Gandhinagar for an radiology procedure, and I was disappointed with the experience The primary doctor was not present during the scan. Instead, colleagues/technicians were performing on their behalf. For a specialized procedure like this, it is standard practice and expected for the radiologist to be directly involved or at least present to oversee the process. I felt that the center needs to handle each client with more professional care and ensure that specialists are available for the procedures they are scheduled for. This practice of delegating sensitive scans without the lead doctor present should not be the norm. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their patient care standards.
