Hopeless UTI Service Branch. Poor customers suffer going back and forth to this office where every time you submit details/forms/documents and then you receive a email asking for some additional information. In one go they will never check your folio details and tell you what all details ( email/mobile number/nominee/KYC ) you need to fill up/submit.

Feels like a 'sarkari' office when you enter the office or when you talk to the front desk people. These people were not willing to give printout of SOA to my mother who is now closed to 80yrs and asked her to check email. Upon convincing that she is now 80+ and can't use email, they asked for a hand written application to get print out of SOA. Whenever you visit this office, be prepared to waste lot of time for even simple requests.

Visited the office last week and experience was really good. The lady on the reception was quite helpful and also other staff. I didn't face any issues with bank change or sign change which didn't take me more than 30 min. Yes ideally these should be made available online for people not to travel to their office but if you are visiting it's better to carry all original documents at least. they do help with printouts and photocopies so no complaints.

Amazing People and Extraordinary Service, they will try by all possible way to stuck your hard income. They are very great to not to accept their work, no matter how it ruins your life. One more point- whatever news/comments/critics are for SBI, but suits 2000% to these guys. If we compare SBI, SBI guys are n-times much better than this branch employees, specially customer facing.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude. The one sitting on the right as we enter. She has no time for customers she should made to sit at the back office and not the front desk. Extremely insulting and rude. Made it a very bad experience for me at the UTI office. Luckily the guy sitting next to the front desk helped me out

Government officers are better than this so called Big AMC, they don't know a simple bank changing process no responsibility, even SBI has made process online please learn from them

Rude and arguing people especially the LADIES in the front desk. Even after providing KYC documents multiple times, they are not updating in the system. Purely a government organization with no requirement of customers. Please try other MFs.

Staff is polite, but not able to handle high volume of customers. Front office should be better staffed. Edit: it is now over a month since I submitted my documents for redemption. I have still not received the money in my account. I have complained to SEBI and to PMO's office. UTI doesnt respond to my emails and telephonic messages. Worst people to do business with.

Process of updating nominee for senior citizens - door step nominee form collection not available and even email updations are not accepted. in this digital era, still asking for senior citizen to visit branch for nominee updations. Very poor Uti mutual fund.

Visited the place during my short stay in India, the people seemed extremely professional with high expertise in marketing. Combined that with their understanding and respect for core family virtues makes them a highly desirable mutual fund.

Asked Customer to bring xerox copy of adhar card from outside. They didn't provide their xerox machine to take a print. Xerox machine was in front of me but they refused to take a print and very arrogance staff seating at reception . I visited JM road branch Hopeless experience.

During pandemic, all banking, fin institutes are OPEN, also Dr, CA, Lawyers offices. I need to visit branch for my MF related activities which cannot be done online. The APTE RD PUNE branch is closed since few weeks, and outside board says {Closed Till 15/5} and the UTI helpline number do not have details. Not a good way to care for customers.

Pathetic. Arrogant staff. Almost all office is empty at anytime a day. They don't respect for customer. They don't want customer... Because of such attitude, don't think they survive for long time.

Very bad service big mutual fund office but only one person to assist customer...understaffed....10 different forms to fill very difficult to get your work done

Timing of office Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm.they have very limited staff office is also not that crowded lunch break 1.30 to 2 pm .
