The products are genuinely beautiful and the quality is good. However, the pricing transparency was disappointing. Wouldnt recommend buying here !!! You will waste your money !!! We made an in-store purchase worth ₹8,100 and specifically asked at billing whether any ongoing offers were available. We were informed there were none. After returning home, we noticed the same products listed on the official website under an active clearance sale, resulting in a price difference of approximately ₹1,350. When this concern was raised, we were informed that store and online operations are separate and pricing cannot be aligned. There is also no exchange or return policy in-store, which leaves no room for resolution in such situations. While separate pricing may be a business decision, customers who explicitly ask about ongoing offers expect transparent communication. Future buyers may want to cross-check online pricing before completing an in-store purchase. And rather buy in a shop which gives priority to customers!

Highly priced and the materials are not worthy for the quoted price. Poor customer care and no exchange or return or refund. They want to dump the materials on your head, please check 100 shops before going to this store, only their advertising is good.

Really loved the collections in this shop,I don't like kurta sets much, but I admired myself in this kurta♥️Quality of the material, stitching,is very good. This is the 1st time Iam wearing a dress without alteration fitting of the dresses is perfect 😍Definitely I'll shop in uzhamagal again♥️

My wife is regular user. She buy cloths on their online site. She very happy to see in offline. But the collection is not much and size of the store to small. Good products on not enough space.

This is my first purchase. I really impressed. Collections are good. But bottom wears are very transparent. I didn't buy another one for transparancy.

The material was good …but really unhappy with the service as there is no exchange …even when there was only a size exchange ur not able to provide it which is really bad…even the trial Rooms are less which really becomes hectic since the waiting hours are more …

The quality and collections were too good, best quality for the price. The customer service was excellent, people are warm and welcoming at the store.
