Gall bladder removal surgery - Hats off to the medical team My father recently underwent gallbladder removal surgery at Vcare Hospital, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire medical team for their outstanding care and professionalism. Initially, we assumed it was just gastric pain and visited the hospital at 6 a.m. When the pain did not subside, we returned at 11 a.m. The physician immediately advised a scan, which revealed a severe and acute gallbladder infection requiring urgent surgery. Within just four hours, Dr. Nurool Hassan, Dr. Khan, and Dr. Amjad identified the root cause without wasting any time or prescribing unnecessary tests. Within two days, they completed all necessary pre-operative procedures and prepared my father for surgery. Despite his existing complications, the doctors handled the case with great expertise and care. What truly stood out was that they never forced us into admission—they clearly explained the situation and allowed us to make an informed decision. The nursing team was exceptionally professional and well-trained. They administered IV fluids and provided care with such precision and compassion that we never faced a single issue. Their dedication and attentiveness made a big difference during a stressful time. I would also like to appreciate the insurance team for being extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the process. From our experience, I would say that at Vcare Hospital, the focus is genuinely on saving lives and providing the right treatment rather than experimenting on patients. The infrastructure may not be luxurious, but the quality of doctors and nurses truly makes it a life-saving institution. I've personally met and known many doctors. When it comes to Vcare RT Nagar OPD department, Avoid Dr. Azeemuddin. Having dealt with many doctors, I can confidently say he is incredibly arrogant. I took my suffering parents to him twice, and he lacked any sense of empathy, kindness, or willingness to listen. I now highly recommend calling ahead to check the attending doctor. If it is Dr. Azeemuddin, take your family elsewhere

I can’t express how grateful I am to Dr. Chetan at V Care Hospital. The night I had a sudden panic attack, I was scared and didn’t know what was happening to me. He was on night duty, and the way he calmly handled everything truly meant the world to me. He didn’t just treat me medically — he reassured me, listened to me, and made me feel safe. From that night until now, he has continued guiding me with so much patience and care. What touches my heart the most is that he responds to my emergency messages anytime — day or night. Knowing that my doctor is there when I need help gives me so much peace and strength. He is not just an excellent doctor, but a genuinely kind and compassionate human being. Public Warning to Pregnant Women I strongly request all pregnant women not to visit this hospital. Many children delivered here are suffering from brachial plexus injury, which has caused lifelong physical disabilities. In particular, Dr. Fatima is not competent to handle deliveries. Due to her negligence and lack of proper medical skill, many children have suffered severe birth injuries and are now living with permanent disabilities. Sadly, my own daughter is one of the victims, and there are many other children facing the same suffering because of improper delivery practices at this hospital. I urge expecting mothers to be extremely careful and seek safer medical care elsewhere to protect their children.

We are extremely thankful to Dr. Chetan at V Care Hospital. Early in the morning, he promptly gave first aid to my husband when he was suffering from cough, cold, and chest pain. After examining him, he advised an ECG, and when the results were not normal, he immediately suggested consulting a cardiologist. What truly stood out was his dedication—he was continuously in touch with the cardiac hospital doctors and also kept me informed at every step. His clear communication, timely action, and calm nature gave us immense support during a stressful time. We are truly grateful for his care and professionalism. Vcare is one of the most disappointing hospitals in and around RT Nagar. For a simple case of fever, a few tests, and IV saline, I was charged ₹14,000 for just one day of treatment. For insurance purposes, they generated a bill for ₹23,000 and added charges for additional days simply because their doctor does rounds at 1:30 PM. Without providing any further treatment, they made me wait from morning until 9:30 PM to match their insurance process. To make it worse, I ended up making a double payment — first from my own pocket and then again through insurance, due to their mismanagement. I strongly do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worst ever emergency doctors... Don't even check pateints and give same antibiotics and paracetamol for all.... Not even touch patients and try to know the cause of the illness. Same medicine for all illness. Please don't waste your money here.

V-Care is a Very Good hospital with many good surgeons and doctors situatedat R.T.Nagar.....My experience with Dr. Chetan.S Naidu was very good...He is a highly dedicated and dependable emergency physician. He is always available for his patients and provides prompt, efficient, and compassionate care in critical situations. His professionalism, calm approach, and commitment to patient well-being are truly commendable.

Vcare hospital is one of the best around RT nagar. Delivery packages are reasonable and budgeted. They provide excellent nursing with responsive staff and doctors. However the only things that needs improvement is billing process which is very slow. They take a lot of time to provide summary and billing.

On 9th January, when my mother suddenly had a heart attack, Dr. Chetan at VCare acted immediately and without any delay. He did an ECG right away, explained the situation clearly, and helped me move fast to get her admitted to a cardiology hospital. In a very scary and stressful moment, he came with me in the ambulance to the cardiology hospital, and his calm attitude and quick guidance really helped me make the right decisions. I am truly thankful for his support and presence at a time when every minute mattered. If my mom is doing well and healthy today it is all because of VCare and Dr. Chetan. Thank you!

Comparatively V care hospital has been good and improving since back then… Specially Dr Chetan S Naidu is very professional Physician at the Emergency ward… he address very well and calmly which not only is a good diagnosis but also gives relive and assurance to a patient to relax and feel their being treated well no matter how small or big the problem is He now is like our family doctor available for us at V care at night A special thanks to him for quick diagnosis and guiding well to get treated at ease

Absolutely terrible service. The hospital staff is extremely unprofessional and slow they don't have a proper management system or way to deal with delay. Furthermore the wait is really long (approximately 30 mins to 1 and a half hours at 9: in the night!). I recommend that you refrain from ever visiting such a hospital!!!

Excellent patient care, including attentive doctors and staff, I would give a positive experience of mine , everyone was kind and helpful and everything went smoothly and quickly, I would highly recommend this hospital. I had opted cashless facility which was very good here freeing patient from burden of payment.Over all gud and best

The hospital should be run with the importance of time. It is unnecessary to keep patients waiting for long periods of time. The patients should be called at the right time using the right method. Especially pregnant women should be kept waiting for long periods of time.

I was deeply impressed by the doctor ,and kindness shown by Dr.chethan.Night shift doctor was on time ,helpful and very approachable .The way he handles the patient is very much impressive .very friendly and,pleasant staff ready to help .v care hospital is very good..

My two kids were delivered in V Care, both are normal and healthy. Gynecologists focus more on normal delivery. That's the good thing.

I feel the need to share my experience because when my mother was ill, the doctors provided immediate care and carried out all the necessary treatments to help her feel better. They were genuinely concerned and took great care of her, especially when it came to managing her diabetes. The doctors were also spot-on in diagnosing and treating her pneumonia and the infections she faced. Additionally, the insurance process was smoothly handled, despite the tight timeline for approval. Honestly, my mother received the best possible care, and I’m extremely grateful for it.

V care diagnostic delay alot at there service always reception desk wil b empty no person to even tell wait they just convey from cleaning staff dey r coming.. after waiting 15 mins they come and say have to wait stil 10 mins as doc has to sign even after 24hrs of time. Waited more than half an hour just to take report after 24hrs.
