I visit your outlet busstand jammu ,your security guard and your manager both said I don't allow you inside store ,after 9.20pm our store is closed our store is closed 9pm I said pls allow for shopping tomorrow is my child school function I request pls give me t mints to pick dress with him pls allow me ,but they not allow me to purchase I request manager pls allow me for shopping he said our store is closed I said your time is 9.30 pm I visit 9 p. But he said my staff is 1st for me I am sending them home before 10mints on shift ,my brother is sho ,when they told me I visit vishal dominos 10 pm they politely great me and allow me for shopping,I request you pls don't loss your guest ,we pr for village we Ask ever villager pls do shoping with v mart there is chiefprize if u guys treat like this that our partner is sho or spo how we complain any one ,I request you pls take strict actions against these staff who or doing shift on 21/12026 special security guard like a gunda and manager say my brother is sho

Very disappointing experience today. The staff on the second floor (ladies’ items and men’s denims section) was rude and unhelpful. We only asked about discounts and the trial room, but the response was arrogant, forcing us to leave without shopping. Staff should be properly trained to behave politely with customers to avoid such unpleasant experiences. Even though I had to purchase few denims and ladies items but due to unforeseen events at shopping mart i had to keep denims at there own place and left the shopping mart.

Best price good Verity

I'm customer of Vmart for more than 1&1/2 years. There is lots of collections good quality materials everything is good but nowadays the staff there is behaving so rude and disrespectfully not everyone especially some of the billing staffs. Yesterday i visited this branch and i asked for another bag that we are gifting some items to another family. They denied and said they will not give another bag but we are ready to pay for it. Also the smell is really disgusting there like we are in a public toilet or something. We questioned them about that smell and they answered they are not experiencing any smell there. We wish to purchase some more stuffs but we can't tolerate the smell in this outlet. I kindly request the outlet manager to place some automatic airfreshner or to check what is the cause for this disgusting smell that this specific outlet only have.
