Wrost experience Dear V-Mart Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had at your V-Mart store located in Barhi, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, during my recent visit for urgent wedding shopping. Despite heavy crowd at the billing area, one counter was completely vacant, yet no staff guided customers to use it. After waiting for nearly 15 minutes, my turn finally came. During billing, the staff member informed me about a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” offer and asked me to bring another product with the same code. While he was billing another customer, I first sent my brother to bring the additional product. As the product did not suit my requirement, I went myself to change it. After finalizing the product, I noticed that two employees were focusing on a single customer, while I was being ignored. I politely requested that one employee should attend to one customer so that billing could be managed efficiently. Unfortunately, this statement appeared to hurt the employee’s ego. He responded rudely and said that since I went multiple times to choose products, I would now have to wait. He even instructed another staff member to put my billing on “hold” and told me to wait for 30 minutes intentionally, despite another employee being available. What was more unacceptable is that the employee spoke disrespectfully to my brother, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Only after I started recording the incident did another employee suddenly complete my billing quickly, which clearly shows that the delay was intentional. I was already under time pressure due to wedding-related responsibilities, and this incident caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Such behavior seriously damages customer trust and does not reflect the service standards expected from a reputed brand like V-Mart. I kindly request V-Mart management to: Investigate this incident seriously Take appropriate action against the concerned staff Ensure proper staff training so that customers are treated with respect in the future I have video evidence of the incident and can provide it if required. I hope V-Mart values customer dignity and will take prompt corrective action.
