I recently visited V2 Mall Lanka in Varanasi. The store has a decent collection of clothes at reasonable prices, and you can find good options for daily wear. However, the overall shopping experience was just average. The staff behavior was not too good and they were not very supportive or attentive to customers. With better customer service and improved staff coordination, the experience could be much better. Overall, it’s an okay place for budget shopping but needs improvement in hospitality.

Visited this store recently and the overall experience was good. The place was quite crowded, especially during peak hours, but you can still find a few really good deals if you take time to explore. Decent variety of budget-friendly clothing and reasonable pricing. Worth visiting if you’re looking for affordable shopping options in the city.

Collection is good, but the serious drawback is the behaviour of staffs.. they are not very energetic, least worried about their work. I went there to change a product, the receipt was given smoothly by the uncle who sat to receive the bags..but when I go through the counter who basically went to give me the credit bill, she was horrible...at first she didn't attend me, behaving like she was very busy in computer..after two or three "excuse me" she looked at me, as if I'm someone came from Mars..then with a annoying face she told me "why don't you trial before buying? I'm not here to change your clothes." I was like, haah! Then why do you sir here? I've bought it for my family member, it was a gift, why should I try it? After a long quarrel, she accepted the cloth and gave me the credit bill by which I can bought another one. So the staffs are horrible..otherwise it is a good mall.

Located near Lanka gate, Varanasi. Clothings for all are available. On ground floor you can find stuffs for kids and men while on 1st floor ladies section are there. Trial rooms are there. No bathroom or sitting options. Usually very Crowded on Saturday and Sunday. Prices are quite good.

The staff seems quite rude, and I've noticed the air conditioner on the first floor isn't functioning most of the time. The floor manager's absence is quite noticeable too. Overall, the mall's ambiance doesn't quite match up to expectations.
